"Over the net," yelled a basketball team player.

One thing Cyrus saw as a big disadvantage was going back to school and sitting on the stadium's bench, waiting to get picked.

However, just like in the past, Cyrus wasn't selected in front lines, nor was he even substituted if anyone gets injured.

"Nice shot," said Nerd, the one sitting beside Cyrus.

Cy glanced at the ball and carried on lacing his shoes. Of all egoists, Flash had to be the team's Captain.

"Dude, I heard we're hosting a new tournament this month. I think you should talk to Flash. Who knows, maybe he's got a change of heart."

Cyrus smiled a bit, knowing the exact lines Nerd just said were the same thing he once heard.

However, his facade changed the moment he heard a whisper of his name. This wasn't the voice of a friendly being. From how he hears his name, Cy had a feeling the voice was responsible for all this.
