With the group split, many people would have expected the dynamics to change. However, those who saw the plans forming were impressed more so than they were unsure. While the healers were young as well, they were learning more than just healing. They had to learn survival to make sure that they would not perish when they were hired to become healers for travelers. It was just common sense to have a healer when a merchant or large group was traveling the wilderness or going to a dangerous dungeon. It was actually rare for a young healer to remain within a city and become a healer for that city or area.
