Capítulo 75: Chapter 75: Assimilation and Zaofu
[3rd POV]
'...I'm not even sure how to react to this one' Gwen thought, as she looked at the characters.
Percy Jackson would give her a MUCH stronger connection to the oceans, water, liquids, sea creatures, horses, and all things related to Poseidon. Which when combined with water bending, could become very very powerful.
Orochimaru would give her knowledge in Senjutsu, kekkei genkai, the biology of the Naruto world, seals, and some other pieces of knowledge of genuine use to her.
Yasaka would give her even more chakra, some knowledge in Youjutsu, and some other minor pieces of information and power. But she was probably the least useful of the bunch.
Satoru Gojo was probably the second best in the group, almost entirely because of his Six Eyes, which, when combined with her different energies, could become VERY powerful. As it would basically give her perfect control of Cursed energy, and potentially all the other energies she had, this control was down to the very atomic level. Not to mention limitless, which would basically make her untouchable to most people. Although it probably wouldn't do much against strong enough beings.
Darkness Devil was probably the best because...of it's potential. It was the embodiment of the fear of Darkness. Such a power combined with the ability to travel the multliverse, was...incredible. As Gwen believed that it would grow with every world she travels to. And the stronger the fear of darkness in that world, the stronger her connection to the darkness, and her power would grow. The only real weakness to this power, was light, and even that wouldn't do much to Gwen, due to all her other powers. She'd also have to be careful in certain universes, due to there being similar beings already there, that might not like something like her being there. Marvel and DC being the most dangerous of the groups.
'Alright system, go ahead and assimilate' Gwen thought, and after thinking that, she felt...different.
Power began to flood her being, as her eyes began to burn with a slight pain. Memories began to pour into her brain as her "Evil Energy" grew stronger, alongside her other energies, her "Ultimate Energy" most of all.
Soon, her eyes began to warp and change, glowing softly as she began to feel...different. She could see more than ever before, she could see more energies, and now her manipulation and control was growing to an entirely new level. As not only could she feel her control over Cursed energy grow, but also it's new form "Evil Energy" as well as Magic, "Ultimate Energy" and even Aura.
Now, she wouldn't waste even a drop of energy when casting spells, doing techniques, using jutsu, or anything else.
Soon, a different feeling began to assault her being. A...strange one.
Darkness began to softly flood the surroundings, leaving the girls alone, as darkness covered the entire room. Gwen's eyes glowed with a dark, eerie light as a dark smoke trickled off of her, as she began to feel the connection to darkness grow, and grow, and grow. She began to feel her power with the Yellow Lantern ring grow rapidly, growing to entirely new levels as the feel felt towards darkness, towards her, fueled her.
She could feel the primordial fear that others had towards darkness, had towards...her. She could feel it all and she...loved it.
As the assimilation finished, Gwen let out a pleased sigh, her body filled with more power than ever, thanks to the combination of Gojo, Darkness Devil, and Percy. She wasn't sure how much stronger she had just become, but it was...a lot. And it seemed the boosts from the fear of darkness wasn't just to her physical side, but her power overall.
'Wow that is...a strange feeling. A welcome one, but strange either way' Gwen thought, as she felt the sheer amount of fear that was felt towards her/the darkness. It was immense, to say the least.
Normally the Six Eyes from Gojo would be straining on the mind, but thanks to her vastly superior mind, it didn't even remotely effect her mentally. It was a bit to get used to for a moment, but that was it. Now, it would passively be active, constantly aiding her in controlling her energies, and sensing energies.
Seeing as her assimilation was now complete, Gwen leaned back in her bed, as she slowly began to close her eyes, deciding to get some sleep, as tomorrow would be a date in Zaofu.

[The next day]
It was the next day after the assimilation and power boost, and the group was already in Zaofu.
The main city in which they were walking through, was giant, made almost entirely of metal, and had skyscrapers of impressive size. A rather surprisingly advanced city, considering the world they were in.
The people of the city mostly wore robes with metal necklaces of sorts draped around their necks. And around the city was statues of the creator of metalbending, Toph Beifong.
"Wow this place is...amazing" Artemis said, looking around the city in genuine awe. Even compared to their world, this place had some genuinely incredible architecture, and technology that wouldn't work in their world, without bending.
"The architecture here is certainly unique" Raven muttered, as she too enjoyed the sights. The citizens of the city noticed them, but just smiled at the look of awe, as it wasn't even remotely unusual to see such a sight. Their city was far more advanced than most, afterall.
"I didn't think this world would have technology like this, it's amazing!" M'gann said with sparkling eyes as they walked through the impressive city made almost entirely of metal.
"The architect of this city definitely is a master of his craft, that's for sure" Gwen noted, as she had immense knowledge in architecture, and she had to admit that it was an impressive work.
"So, where's the nearest food spot?" Artemis asked, causing Gwen to smirk.

Sitting at a nearby restaurant, the group of four were quietly talking while sipping on some White Dragon Bush tea, a tea native to the world of Avatar, and a rare and expensive tea.
"Even their tea is good" Raven muttered, sipping on the unknown tea.
"Want me to get some White Dragon Bushes so I can make some?" Gwen asked the girls, all of which immediately nodded, as the tea was genuinely delicious.
"Are you going to meet Suyin while here?" Artemis asked, causing Gwen to shake her head.
"I'll leave that for the future, probably whenever Korra decides to visit this place" Gwen responded, causing Raven to raise an eyebrow.
"Why?"
"Because I'm not exactly a high up in the politics of this world. So actually getting into contact with her would be difficult, without the aid of someone like Tenzin or Korra" Gwen replied.
"I guess that makes sense" Artemis said with a nod, as it did make sense. Gwen didn't have any real political power in this world, nor did she plan on gaining any, besides potentially developing her own company.
"Where do you three want to go next?" Gwen asked, looking to the three, as they all turned to eachother with smiles.

The rest of the day was spent traveling around Zaofu having all sorts of fun. They went to a painting class, which included face painting. They went and watched a bending tournament between Metalbenders, and had enjoyed the rest of their day thoroughly.
"Did you three enjoy the date?" Gwen asked, looking to the three as they licked their icecream, something that surprisingly existed within this world.
"Mmhmm!" M'gann nodded with a smile, as she enjoyed the icecream.
"Definitely" Raven nodded.
"Duh" Artemis replied with a fond eye roll.
Hearing this, Gwen just lovingly smiled at her girlfriends, giving each of them a peck on the cheek, before speaking.
"Now, let's go home"

Not sure how well this was written, as it was basically an intermission chapter for their date and assimilation. Next chapter should have more happening, and should be roughly the same length.
