Teka raised her hand so she and the villains could see it, and pointed it openly at the Hood.
"ATTACK... ATTACK... MORE... MORE..." It didn't take long for Hood to realize that a massive attack was coming. He used his muscle-building Quirk and strengthened his body. He used his Transforming Weapons Quirk and created extra wings for himself. He then powered up his wings using the Power Quirk and used most of the power from the Storage Quirk, turning around and flapping his wings.
