Capítulo 73: Danger

Aerine, who was originally tired and wanted to just lie down, was immediately awakened by what Blythe said. Her eyes even widened slightly as she faced Blythe. 

"What do you mean?" She was so alarmed that she already forgot to be polite in her tone. She had no time for that. "What do you know?" Aerine narrowed her eyes with undisguised suspicion. 

Blythe seemed unsurprised by this, and she also didn't care about Aerine's thoughts about her. With an unwavering smile, she repeated. "Was someone wanting to kill you?" 

Aerine's brow furrowed further and was also repeated, with much heavier emphasis. "What do you mean by that, Blythe?" 

This joke wasn't funny, and Aerine also didn't think that Blythe would be the type to joke about that. 

Blythe's unblinking eyes became focused again on Aerine. For some reason, this kind of stare made Aerine more comfortable than her obviously not-so-friendly smile.
