Capítulo 29: 11 more months

Sitting down for almost an hour made Dionne sleepy. Still hungry but sleepy. She turned back to look at the road that led to the hotel, no one was coming. She can't stay out here forever, but she was the one who left. It'll be a blow to her pride if she returns without anyone asking her to come back.

She sighed as she mentally slapped herself. Who in this world puts pride before their safety and comfort? She made up her mind. She decided to put her pride aside and go back to the hotel.

She stood up to leave, her head was bent as she walked slowly and tiredly. Suddenly her head came in contact with a hard surface which she immediately understood was a man's chest which must have taken him years in the gym to get that sculpture.
