Uncle Ben (Current family head after the MC's father): I understand the point of view you elders are coming from but we can't over look the fact that he tried to run away from the family house.
Fourth Elder: That is indeed a very important subject we all need to discuss
Third Elder: We have all been awera of how incompetent this child has been and how he has been a virus that has been affecting the growth of the family due to his in ability to gather mana not to talk of cultivate his werewolf blood line.
First Elder: That's true, he has been the only one out of the new generation who is still stock at the initial stage of gathering mana, he couldn't even arrange his acupuncture points properly.

I would suggest that we banish him away from the family and strip him of the family name

After settling down and assimilate all the memories, I now had the known ledge of everything and person in the life of my current body after coming to terms with everything I took it upon my self to see if I still had my vampiric abilities after failing to awaken the wolf blood lines, But to my total shock I had been striped of my abilities It felt unreal to me. In my old world and after reincarnating I could not still avoid a world where power is everything, Then I remember that in the memories of the body's original owner he had just absorbed the soul stone of the Demonic Wolf Fenrir who is said to have cultivated for thousands of years due to it's natural ability to gather mana into its body to improve it's cultivation and continusly regenerate it limbs at an astonishing speed of light as well as rearrange the acupuncture points to sustain the blood lines so with that taught in mind.
