Capítulo 45: Alternate Reality

The soft glow of morning sunlight filtered through the lacy curtains, casting delicate patterns on the pristine white walls of the room. As the rays danced across the room, they gently caressed the face of a young girl who lay sleeping on an ornate bed. Slowly, her eyelids fluttered, and her emerald eyes opened, revealing a mixture of confusion and fear.

Rachael sat up, her mind still foggy with sleep, and surveyed her surroundings. The room was opulently decorated with elegant furniture and exquisite paintings adorning the walls. But nothing felt familiar. Panic began to rise within her as she realized she had no recollection of how she had come to be in this place.

As she swung her legs over the side of the bed, Rachael noticed an intricately carved wooden vanity in front of her. It was adorned with an array of brushes, powders, and trinkets. She stood up and stumbled toward it, hoping to find some answers amidst the beautiful chaos.
