The head of the charging humanoid Parasite was instantly blown half apart, and it fell to the ground following the sound. Daniel walked past the fallen Parasite and casually fired another shot into its heart.
Under the cover of night, the shrill sound of gunfire was strikingly prominent in the chaotic scene. Clearly frightened, people started looking toward the source of the sound.
"The guards are here!"

Qian Feng quickly burnt it with the flamethrower.
Soon, the Parasite Dog was dealt with, but before they could catch their breath, a series of screams continued to arise.
Qian Feng and the others felt their hearts tighten, and they looked around, only to witness a despairing sight.
They saw groups of Parasite Rats surrounding the shot bodies. Their bodies permeated with massive amounts of black mutant cells rushed into the corpses.
Instantly, those bodies rose one by one, their bodies further transformed. Protruding black veins gleamed with a faint black luster, like special patterns, and their dark red eyes became fiercer.
Then, these Parasites burst out with even greater speed and strength, fiercely charging at the security guards, officers, and students.
Within moments, the casualties skyrocketed, and three guards were killed.
Just then, Su Ming and his two friends ran over from a distance, only to be stunned by the guards struggling desperately.
At that moment, Mink asked in confusion,
"Su Ming, why do I feel like even the guards aren't safe?"

Su Ming also showed a helpless face; there were too few guards.
"Run, they're coming toward us!"
Chen Tong suddenly shouted as his face changed dramatically.
Su Ming and Mink startled and looked, only to see several Parasite Rats and Parasite Men rushing toward them.
"Run back!"
Su Ming and his friends quickly turned and ran back.
The Parasite Rats and Parasite Men chased them relentlessly from behind.
As Su Ming ran, he felt his body gasping heavily, his heart almost jumping out of his throat, with his speed slowing down.
He desperately tried to run faster, but his body began to fail.
Soon, Su Ming fell behind Mink and Chen Tong.
Chen Tong turned his head, saw Su Ming falling behind, and immediately shouted annoyed,
"Hurry up and keep up."
"I wish I could, but I really can't run any longer. Go on without me!"
Su Ming also felt utterly helpless; he was tired, hungry, and drained.
"Shut up! Your lack of exercise is going to get us killed!"
Chen Tong then slowed down as well and grabbed Su Ming to continue running forward.
However, just then, two infected students suddenly appeared in front of them, blocking their path.
The three of them immediately stopped; they turned their heads and looked around, only to see numerous infected students surrounding them.
"It's over, we're surrounded."
Mink said somewhat hopelessly.
