Capítulo 53: I'm Here Too

When Shaun and Sean got home, the two of them froze as soon as they saw their dad sitting in the living room. He had some papers on the table and his laptop. His eyes under those glasses were squinting while typing something.

The two looked at each other and greeted their father. Sean still felt a bit awkward facing his father. He didn't want to talk to him right now about what happened the other day. He knew that it's wrong to blame his father.

He had those burdens because he thought of himself like a pitiful child. Adults have their own worlds, too. Besides, it's been a week, and he's already doing good at school right now. He already gave up his social life outside the school.

Sean also didn't go with the gang anymore. He did all his best to become a good person by controlling his temper these days.

"You two seemed into something." Mr. Barton adjusted his glasses. "How's school?"
