I''m not saying his fat, he's not, at all,it's because the guy has a poor diet. So I sat with Jonathan to try and come up with a diet,plan to help him because I know he wants to improve but doesn't know how.
I give him the book,I made.,"Miss Sebastian "he whispers in awe before taking it.,"You have so much potential and I knowyou want to improve, you're getting better.In a couple of months you would be a hell of a fighter just follow the instructions.There are food ideas,instructions on how to make the meal,best time to eat them. Exercises you should do,change it up every 2 weeks for so Yeah? Also you need more protein so get protein shakes, other than that your werewolf genetic should help you with the rest"
"Thank you miss"he says quietly giving me a small smile.,"Don't be lazy, don't give up,you need help you get in contact with me Yeah?","Yeah",I nod and dismiss him.
Bright and lex are my favourite, only because they are the most determined trainees.
They are always asking questions,asking for more training, the rest do what I tell them to do but you can tell their hearts are not really in it,it's just something they have to do.
I made a book for bright too,to help her havea better diet more balance and exercises she should do.She loves it and literally has it with her all the time. She's drinking a lot ofwater.She is glowing and is much happier, she is definitely gaining confidence.
