Capítulo 101: The Bright Coin Competition

Alaric's first year at the academy was pretty uneventful after the initial trouble he's run into. He continued going to his classes, and every once in a while would go with Burt to practice his abilities as the son of the monster king. He and his new group of friends would practice together using their abilities in their free time under the supervision of a teacher.

Eventually, the day for the bright coin competition came upon them, and they were all as ready as they could be.

The competitions are a public event to the rest of Preah, so the mini arena on the academy grounds were filled to the brim with family, students, teachers, and outsiders who bought tickets to watch.

They were all chatting amongst themselves while the students were prepping themselves for the fights.

They all wore their uniforms but were also required to wear some body armor for the fights. Since it's a competition, it can get much more intense between students who are trying to win.
