Capítulo 15: Kidnappers Hideout II
Thud! Thud! Hades slowly walked through the dimly lit corner and into a big storage room. On the far end corner, the bandits have gathered up.
At their front stood a massive man holding a curved sword, "Heard noise. So we gathered here." He growled.
Hades glared at them. He couldn't count the bandits there. Looking around, he could only see crates, preserved vegetables, and clothes.
Thud! He took a step ahead.
"Don't move, or I will tear you apart and feed you to dogs!" The bulky bandit yelled.
Hades could care less. To him, he saw nothing but favor. He needed to reach the tenth level as fast as possible and get closer to reviving his cat.
BAM! [Repulsion] Hades leaped forward as fast as he could, sending a punch at the bandit's face.
The bandit dodged the side and swung his sword up at the last moment before the impact. Slice! Hade's hand rolled in the air with a line of blood.
"An ability, good thing I was cautious." The bandit said with a big smile, swinging his blade again toward Hades's neck.
Hades's heart started racing. This was the first time he got injured so badly.
The pain traveled through his should and to his teeth and eyes. His breathing became faster, and his eyes started tearing up.
'If I died here… it was all for nothing.'
GRWAAA! Hades flexed his neck and twisted his torso. In an instant, he bit the bandit's arm that was about to chip his head.
The other bandits jumped in surprise. They thought he was done. But, this was but the start, the start of the violence.
[Attraction] Hades pulled his fist toward the Bandit's chest. [Repulsion] at the impact, he blasted his away with a boom.
The bandit's captain coughed blood as he crashed into the wall, glaring at Hades. He only saw a monster.
"GRA…GRA!" Hades was growling, half from pain and a half from rage. Staring into his eyes revealed a monster that cares about nothing.
"It's all or nothing…Come at me!" He yelled at the top of his lungs.
The other bandits immediately shoot him with crossbows, [Repulsion] managed to deflect some but not all of them. He got hit in the stomach and his thighs.
[Attraction] Hades pulled himself toward one of the bandits. BAM! A single punch to the neck was enough to break his trachea.
'He didn't die.' Hades was about to follow with a kick. He didn't get the favor, the man was still alive.
Slash! He felt a sharp pain in his back [Repulsion] He immediately activated his ability blasting the sword away.
The bandit got surprised by fast his sword flew, he felt like a wooden stick smacked it out of his hands. But that wasn't going to hold him back, he pulled a knife and swung at Hades.
Hades weaved to the side and punched him in the head. CRACK! [Repulsion]
{Favor: 1450/1600 => Favor: 1550/1600}
CRACK! A stone smacked into Hades's head from the corner. One of the bandits who didn't have a crossbow threw it at him.
As Hades clenched his fist, a bolt pierced his arm. The bandits have reloaded and they were ready to shoot.
Hades lifted his arm up to block. Blood splattered from his severed arm.
CLING! CLING! At the last moment, two massive shields protected him.
Looking around, two fully armed men with tower shields have protected him. "Newbie get back!" One of them said.
"Captain going to blow a hole in your ears later!" the other growled.
"The guards?" one of the bandits cried, they thought it was just Hades attacking alone.
[Slash] Cael leaped in from the darkness and took the bandit's head off. As he was swinging, he counted all the bandits with crossbows and their locations.
At the right moment, he ducked down dodging all the bolts coming toward him.
From his pocket, he pulled out a small bag and scratched its tip on his belt. The strand coming from the top got lit and he flung it toward the bandits.
BOOM! With a bright flash of light, it exploded blinding them for a moment.
"My eyes!" The bandits cried in pain.
THUD! THUD! Cael rushed in and swung his blade sideways [Slash], which sliced through a lot of them.
The remaining guards rushed in fully armed. They made a line and pointed their crossbows at the bandits.
"Fire!" Eva yelled and the soldiers complied.
As the bandits got showered with arrows, Cael rushed toward the bandit captain to finish him off. [Slash]
CLANG! The bandit leader blocked Cael's strike with a swift move.
"Cael Vendetta, Ginis's daughter's lap dog. Heard you're a frenzied one, especially when the lady is around…" His eyes dotted toward Eva.
CLANG! Cael swung again and the bandit leader blocked it.
"Jackpot, what a find. Kill them all and leave the girl." The bandit leader yelled as he pulled a dagger from his thigh pocket and used it to cut a rope that was dangling on the wall.
CRIIIK! From the ceiling, a wooden plank fell and divided the room into two halves. The entrance half had Eva, the guards, and Hades. The other side only Had Cael stuck with all the bandits.
"I see, this is your turf," Cael said leaping back.
Five bandits jumped at him with spears.
Thud! Cael leaped up dodging the stabs. As he fell down, he stomped the spear tips with his iron boot. That has caused them to snap from the bandit's hands instantly.
[Slash] A single swing took two lives.
The bandit leader appeared from behind and swung a battle axe at Cael. CLANG! Cael lifted his sword to block with one hand, his other hand did something behind his back.
The axe hit Cael's sword, and his sword smacked into his side leaving a dent. As he rolled in the dirt and stood up, the bandits laughed.
Fushiii! "Haha…" They realized something was off. As they looked toward the leader's legs, a boom was there.
BOOM! It exploded with a bright light blinding everyone again.
[Slash] Cael leaped in and took another life. The bandit leader ran to the back and rubbed his eyes.
As his vision was still blurry, he spotted a shadow approaching him rapidly. At that moment he grabbed what was close to him and threw it at the shadow.
Cael dodged the empty crate the bandit leader threw and attempted to slash him.
"Leader!" Another bandit leaped in and blocked Cael's slash.
But, Cael's switched his stance and sliced the bandit's hands off.
GRWAAA! As the bandit cried, Cael tried to swing at his head. Thud! Another bandit appeared from the side swinging a blade and Cael was forced to block.
CLANG!
The bandit leader recognized Cael and kicked him in the chest as hard as he can. He was heavier so Cael rolled back.
"You fucking bastard! I guess you're those idiots captain for nothing…" The bandit leader growled as his men surrounded Cael.
"Today you die!" He growled.
As Hades was slowly losing consciousness from blood loss as Eva attempted to strap his bleeding arm.

The bandit who had his trachea smashed has finally suffocated to death.

…Hades's eyes opened up.
