"AH!" Nathan jolted awake, panting heavily. Then he grimaced due to a brutal headache.
"Damn nightmares!" He cursed while massaging his temples.
"You're up." He was startled when a familiar voice entered his ears.
He looked to his side and saw Gideon with his arms crossed leaning against the wall, his face stoic.
"What, happened?" Nathan asked slowly.
For a brief moment, Gideon's eyes flashed with contempt. But then he blinked hard and his eyes were then filled with, remorse.
"You asked for a duel and we fought, you got your ass handed to you and then you snapped and went berserk. I beat your ass again and knocked you out. Now we're here." Although Gideon omitted a lot of details, what he said was able to jog Nathan's memory.
"... Sh*t." Nathan cursed and then laid back on the bed.
