Capítulo 77: The Black Cat, Part Twelve

Zenith and Asuka soon made their way back to the police station. 

"We should do something like that again sometime," Asuka told Zenith. "You could use a break every now and then." 

"You don't think wiping out zombies is fun?" 

"Meh, it's around when the smell gets so bad that even a shower doesn't wash it away that I start to think it's boring." 

"Suit yourself." 

As they approached the entrance, their footsteps echoing against the pavement, they were stopped by a couple of men standing guard.

"Stop," one of the men barked. "How about you turn around and walk back the way you came?" 

Zenith blinked. 

"Excuse me?" 

"You heard me." 

Zenith narrowed her eyes, a hint of irritation creeping into her voice.

"And why in the world would I want to do that?" 

The man scoffed, crossing his arms over his chest.
