  "We should leave Ethan to rest," Taylor suggested ignoring her words.

Kate scowled reluctantly allowing herself to be escorted out of the room, but she threw Ethan a promising look over her shoulder before disappearing.

Taylor caught it, and her grip tightened briefly which earned her a sharp look from Kate, but Taylor merely smiled letting her precede them out the door closing it behind them.

Once the door closed, Briana shifted her raised her eyebrows tatEatan before she started laughing and shaking her head.

"She'll probably visit you later this evening." Her words were soft, but there was an undercurrent that Ethan heard, and when she turned to him he was scowling heavily.

"Is Ember all right?' He repeated a concerned note in his voice while his blue eyes flashed with worry remembering the look on her face when he first woke up.
