Capítulo 13: Chapter-12: Elder Xie Yuan's Past and Origin! The Ancient Transformation with The Infinity Trial!

When Shi Feng asked why the trial was not going to happen and upon further curious faces of other kids, the ancient elder, Xie Yuan replies, "Well... if you all want to know, here the story goes by: During the time when I first decided to make a trial ground was because of wishing to help my friend, Chu Long, to strengthen the Imperial Chu family to be able to hold onto power and lead the Phoenix Cry Empire. Though I made a trial for their training, one or two centuries later having been filled with desire with greed they tried to break the rule and obtain my legacy or to be more exact the oresent for the Nine Star Heir. All I could ever do is help those who pass the trial or act as guide to explain a bit of trial because they were descendants of my friends which is why I could never harm them or stop them but warn them about the viciousness about the trial" after sighing a bit he continued, "The trial was connected to one of weakest Ancient Battlefield of the Central Land of Martial Heaven Continent. However, greed blinded them and so they headed in rushing without heeding my warning causing their death till the arrival of the 13th-Emperor of Phoenix Cry Empire, Chu Yan who actually ordered the return of his comrades. However at that time a high-ranking Devil Creature had breached through the Dimensional Gate as the gate's power had weakened unable to prevent the arrival of the Devil. And I finished that creature but at the cost of half of lives of Chu Yan's comrades who had died at the initial attack of the Devil, half of my energy depleted and the dimensional gate was half broken." as he said those words all others could feel his pain and unwillingness in his eyes feeling while also sighing on the bad luck of their ancestors.

Xie Yuan then explained that he had to absorb the energy from the Dimensional Portal back in to his body in order to in order to preserve his body from getting destroyed.

And before falling in state of slumber he had told Chu Yan about not allowing anyone to enter near this place until the chosen one feels his calling. After which no one ever came, while he himself used to wake up from slumber each 50 years just to check if any Nine Star Heir had arrived till he felt Long Chen's presence.

All of them nodded in understanding after which Long Chen bombarded him with questions:

How come he took rest in this Empire?

How did his condition degrade to the current stage?

How old was he and how was it that Senior Xie who lived in the era that had ended a hundreds of thousands years ago or even million years ago exist in today's plane without the world's rejection?

As Long Chen bombarded with question the others with him didn't understand a single thing as the topic grew more and more dificult to understand until Elder Xie flicked his finger shutting Long Chen's mouth and enchanting some Scirpture and when he stopped his blood started dripping from his Red eyes and they all started seeing some images which was not image but fragments of memorythat changed from one to another the elder which started by; A wondrous land where everyone lived happily, life hustling and bustling. The invasion of of the Devil Race that brought a disastrous battle throughout the world as all races fought united in against of Human Race and as time passes by betrayals took palce by other humans who started to serve those of Devil race, Blood race, Beast race, etc... while betraying their own kinds and going to lengths of selling ir backstabbing their own families.

After which it was the Starry River Sect before the war where there was peace and all thw disciples working together on ways of Dao and improving the Starry River of Sky Art. Anither scene flashed by where senior Xie Yuan was being inaugrated as the next Sect Leader because of his capabilities and contributions.

Another scene where the entire sect was devastated, converted into ruins from a grand scenery and Elder Xie fighting in against of experts of other races while being in state of complete devastation himself as he felt weaker and weaker with fight going on but he continued harnessing the power of stars with each striking harnessing his full power destroying countless opponents at once however, being onverge of death as he saw his death at hands of thousands of demons he felt unsatisfied but he was saved when a mysterious man came for his help slaying all the thise bastards with one single swing. Just as he felt relieved he saw that the man was in much more dire straits, his body was much more injured as claws had shattered his meridians and veins while his body was covered in his own blood and his opponents' blood yet his power was still like an overwhelming force.

Seeing that person injured to that condition Long Chen felt anger arising from within his heart as he gritted his teeth while his face became calm and emotionless as his killing intent started getting stronger and stronger seeing which everyone except Elder Xie was shocked as Elder Xie explained that it was the raging force originating among Nine Star Heirs for the familial bond with eachother.

The image changed ti the scene where the Nine Star Heir had fought to protect elder Xie Yuan making a whole mountain of gigantic corpses and just as Elder Xie Yuan felt relieved a group of humans gad arrived who said they have been for helping but he nexy moment they stabbed the nine star heir in the back. The Nine Star Heir yelled in rage unleashing devastating force but a crown appeared above the person's head along with a manifestation and he managed to d2flwct the power of blow behind him. After qhich the Nine Star Heir yelled out, "Five Star Battle Armour Awaken; Divine Ring Awaken; Heavenly Star Chart Awaken" and upon saying that five stars appeaeed on his eyes along with a Five Coloured Armor and Five Rings each of different Colour having a Human like manifestation made up of Stars within centre of the Five Rings after which a battle roar which caused change of pressure on battlefield.

As the scene ended the Long Chen says, "Heavenly Dao Crown" and when he said that it meant that he had broken the law of Mortal Realms causing immense pressure to burst within him as blood seeped out of his orifices along with which blood flowed out from skin which had cracks appearing on it.

Seeing Long Chen able to identify the Heavenly Dao Crown, Elder Xie was shocked was shocked as though Long Chen was a Nine Star Heir like the previous one who was also from Martial Heaven Continemt with 5 Stars Awakened at peak of Nether Passage Realm didn't know about the Heavenly Dao Crown due to which he inquired about Long Chen's identity. Though Long Chen's friends stated about it already, Long Chen sighs and says, "It's time to tell the truth."

Long Chen stood up as blood still flowed out of his orifices took out the dragon looking pendant from his neck and tranmistting Qi within it, a scene starts to play where Long Chen was left to Long Tianxiao while his protector died saving him and fiery yet proud look he said, "I ask forgiveness for saying out the names of my parents because a sa child one should never spell out their parents name. I am the son raised with righteousness by a brave man, an idolizable father, Long Tianxiao and raised with love by my caring and loving mother, Lu Qing. And I was born to the righteous and brave genius, my biological father Long Zhangtian and I was given birth by a kind and strong-willed person, my biological mother Luo Ning Shuang"

This news shocked everyone who were shocked because of Long Chen's origin which was different from the Long Chen they knew as son of Marquis Lomg Tianxiao. Long Chen stated that he was still their close comrade, a brother in arms for his friends and a lover to his Fiance no matter what his identity will be.

While standing with all his strength then cupping his fists with a proper bow he says, "I, Long Chen, one of the descendants of the Human race's Juiliu Clan greet Senior Xie Yuan."

The moment elder Xie hears the words 'Juiliu Race' he immediately expands his Spiritual Strength analyzing Long Chen's body after which killing intemt bursts out of his body as he yells, "How dare someone do it? How dare they?" his voice thundering and his spiritual power strengthened making everyone there except himself suffocated. Seeing them he controlled his power and askes for forgiveness from them.

They forgave him ignoring that fact and asked why he, elder Xie, was raging when he scnned Long Chen to which he explains about the Spirit Root, Spirit Bone and Spirit Blood that had been taken out of him while telling about their importance.

Hearing the might of those three things made them shocked except Long Chen and they all looked at him with pity while rage quelled in their heart against those sinners. Long Chen then spoke about some small topics of those incidents that had happened to Long Chen when he was a new born baby saying them making as short as the fragments of memory while also saying that he will be the one to take revenge for himself and his parents hearing which everyone was in his support afterall what belongs to him should belong to him.

The elder then took in a deep breath and after calming down as his eyes turn red, he says, "Very well, then I will also introduce myself properly. I am Xie Yuan, the last surviving member of Starry River Sect and a member of Human Race's Heavenly Eye Clan."

While inquiring about Long Chen's father's and mother's identity, Elder Xie also explains having been a below average member of Heavenly Eye Race and left because of being unable to attain anything great afterall all the seniors of the clan focused on Heavenly Geniuses as the end of era was nearing which meant war was on it's way for which everyone was trying their hardest all by themselves and si he left the clan unable to have the feeling of being able to get enough resources and being unable to attain any enlightment or growth. After which he had joined the Starry River Sect and his growth had started.

As Long Chen's party was confused what clan and thng they were talking about Elder Xie explains in short about the fact that human race was divided into multiple clans sue to different prowess and inborn capabilities at initial time when the 'World of Nine Heavens and Ten Earths' was formed.

Then another scene flashed by which showed how the Nine Star Heir at his last moments asked for a favor from Elder Xie and then fell in eternal slumber forever to maybe reborn in a world where he could live in peace.

After that another scene where Elder Xie was stuck in a fissure of time and space for such a long time that he himself didn't remember how he got in there and how long he had been there. When the next memory fragment came to sight it was Elder Xie who had sealed his cultivation and his hundreds of years of journey to find the Nine Star Heir as well as his meeting with Chu Long and his final years of time for which he decided to make a Legacy for arrival of the Nine Star Heir.

As the session of memory flashbacks stopped, the elder stating that not much time has left, now started explaining about the so-called Legacy that he had prepared for Long Chen or any other Nine Star Heir along with other righteous people who would have arrived with them at this place.

Initially he tranmitted some runes to their mind and said, "The Starry River of Sky Art which is my sect's final belonging and eventhough the Nine Star Heir may not be wish to practice it, I may be able to help others learn it so that the legacy could be keot safe and the Starry River Sect could once again be revived to its former glory or beyond."

After which he took out a huge box within which was a space even larger than the whole Imperial Palace of Phoenix Cry Empire though within the box was only a Egg like object half covered with scales and other half by feathers with fluctuations that affected the surrounding time and space field by twisting it yet the chains on it remaines unbroken.

He then explains that it was something he was given by the Nine Star Heir on his final moments to pass it to another Nine Star Heir for which he had been waiting for so long. Watching the Egg, Long Chen felt extreme familarity as the egg slowly released some astral energy that could only be emitted by the Stars within the body of Nine Star Heir.

And so brings out another object which looked like a large Planet-like sphere, yet completely dark with countless star-like dots. He explains that this was what he had especially prepared for any expected Nine Star Heir, now Long Chen, by himself. It was actually a Star Chart similar to what Nine Star Heir's condense on awakening their 5th-Star but a but different as its basis was his sect's technique though it may be merged with the Star Chart that Long Chen will awaken with his 5th-Star.

Long Chen also felt the idea brilliant as this was something not only worth trying but something that even he had planned to after reaching the immortal world and getting hands on the Starry River of Sky Art. Elder Xie still said that till Long Chen reaches the peak of Mortal Realm, he won't be able to completely merge the two Star Charts as both are manifestation of Astral Power of Stars but originating from two different techniques. Long Chen nods appreciating the words of Elder Xie after all no matter what there are limits of growth not that he could be a higher existence in a day or a month.

Then Elder Xie said, "This originally should have been useless for most of Nine star Heir but I guess it will actually be useful." as he hands a jade bottle to Long Chen and upon seeing what was within it, the memories of Pill God activated and he yelled in shock, "HEAVEN-EARTH SOURCE LIQUID."

As soon as he gets it he starts to think what he should regain with it... Spirit Bone? Spirit Root? Spirit Blood? afterall this was the very miraculous liquid that could form Spirit bones or Spirit Root or Spirit Blood, anything but then again he suddenly gets a thought that his original possessions were so strong even to be comparable among strongest ones within the entire Nine Heavens.

Elder Xie then finally states, "These may be great things but it will most likely take a whole year or so if you take my help and around 5 years if you try to do it by yourself." Long Chen feels baffled and so he respectfully and shamefully asks for help not only for himself but also for his friends.

The elder then nods and says, "But before that not only you but every of your friend and lover has to accept the Infinity Trial. Do you all accept it?" After nodding with aggression and oassion they confusingly ask about the Infinity Trial which Elder Xie states that; Infinity Trial doesn't take placein physical realm but within Realm of Souls or to be more excat within the 'Sea of Conciousness' where one will fight with his or her own copy. And the reason it is called Infinity Trial was because till they could defeat their own self while both the sides will have never ending energy and the battle will go on till one will defeat atleast 'Three' of his own copies with maximum upti 'Five' copies.

Hearing that all of them fell in shock of how to defeat even one if it could learn along with us in fight. But after Long Chen speaks to them a bit more ans having already said 'Yes', all of them accept.

Elder Xie places a complex formation around them saying it was a simole formation that they had developed to help disciples learn the Starry River of Sky Art in a simple, easier and more convenient manner for initial entry to the cultivation art while also helping strengthen the entire body inside-out.

He then take out another jade box which gave an extremely ancient feeling which was actually the Ancient Qi esence. Though not great as Desolate Qi and Primal Choas Qi it was far more capable than the current era's essence Qi as it may help them awaken Ancient Runes of ancestral force within them.

The Ancient Qi Essence enters the body at rate if 'Three Essence Qi' per each person while he hands the remaining to Long Chen so that Long Chen could give it to his master and close ones for helping them grow stronger.

After that he started chanting some runes which pulled the Conciousness/Soul of all the kids within their Sea of Conciousness where aopeared a rune and as the rune shone they all found themselves in a battlefield with their opponent being themselves.

The fight wasn't easy afterall they could barely hold on to the fight as their copies knew all the mistakes. It was like a torture for them. The moment thw battle started and they rushed in so sis their copies but they were slain at once.

Once...

Twice...

Thrice...

....

.....

They didn't know how many times had they fought but endee up dead. The pain of death was real but they would revive the next moment and would be fighting against each other.

The battle continued endlessly just as it was living upto it's name as it said itself 'Infinite Trial'.

While their souls were focuses in the Infinite Trial leaving their body vulnerable, astral energy from the Spirit Stones from Surrounding entered their body as a Rune startes to manifest in everyone's head which was visible and in dantian which was invisible yet could be felt. Slowly their body started to metamorph as a result of awakening if Ancient Rune within them except Long Chen. And it wasn't a Simple metamorphosis, their body were getting more and more stronger to get acquainted with the Starry River of Sky Art along with how much more they fought and learnt in the Infinite Trial. While they were in Sea of Conciousness with relation to physical Body having been cut off for the time being they didn't know that their cultivation was being absorbed by the Ancient Rune slowly as their body was being tempered and refined making them back to zero fir them to start with a new foundation while itself turning into their Core Rune.

Hundreds and thousands of battles went by but all of them still struggled to complete the basic requirements of passing the trial but the growth wasn't negligible because as time passed by and battles continued, all of them except Chu Yao and Chu Feng were having their respective [Weapon Will] condensed and everyone including the Chu Siblings were progressing in being more refined, more accurate and more conserving with each passing battle.

It didn't matter how battles went by for Long Chen as he was actually the one growing the fastest. Not only that his Heaven Annihilation Step had also reached the stage of perfection, his Split The Heavens Runes were getting condensed at high speed along with Long Chen's Saber Will.

Since Weapon Will needed the merger of Martial Will with weapon for awakening of Weapon Intent, Long Chen's Saber Will had completely been condensed previously as he had merged his own Martial Will and his Saber Will with the Will of Split The Heavens which is why with each passing battles which were getting more and more ferocious, Long Chen was able to feel the awakening of Saber Intent and not because he was just using it but because of uncountable battles with himself he had started to learn frim them, he started analyzing the way utilizing techniques jyst his other friends to enhance their own way.

As for Long Chen's physical body, Elder Xie transferred not only the Ancient Qi but also the Heaven Earth Source Liquid within his Dantian but before he started the process he thought for a bit and as an idea came to his brilliant mind he scanned through the Ancient Runes of others and surprisingly the two kids Su Heng and Song Ming actually possessed Ancient Rune similar to his that provided familiarity with Space element which is why he started enchating a certain scripture he had used previously and then transmitted some Ancient Qi with a voixe transmission outside the Imperial Tomb to a designated certain person.

Then he chanted a certain mantra which caused runes to appear in his eyes which turned urned comoletely bloody as his actual eyes and the runes along with the eyes disappeared and coyld be seen in frint if Su Heng's right eyes and Song Ming's left eye which started to merge with their respective eye.

After that he releases his Spiritual Strength with maximum intensity causing the Star Chart to start rotating at intensely high speed along with floating. While the egg like structure appeared in fornt of Long Chen's body, it instantly devoured Long Chen's body turning into an actual large egg covered with Draconic Scales with feathery images within them.

Then Star Chart started emanting intense light, so strong that it may even kill Long Chen but then again Elder Xie appeared infront of light making his own body as catalyst while also controlling the energy passing through him properly among the kids with more directed towards Shi Feng, Chu Feng, Yan Qi and Yu Yong had stronger bodies so they could withstand more power but Chu Yao, Su Heng and Chu Yao had weaker compared to theirs so their body were being supplied with light of lesser force while Long Chen being supplied with intense energy.

The elder's body started to disintegrate slowly while energy from his own Spirit Root was being transferred to Long Chen for supporting him with forming a new Spirit Root with his own while using the Heaven Earth Source Liquid to help Long Chen recover his Dantian and as for other part of body, the Astral energy and Blood Essence within the Egg was reshaping his entire body's to a higher level while the Fengfu Star had already undergone the "Ninth Transformation".+

Suddenly within Long Chen's Sea of Conciousness, Long Chen's emotions went to nothingness as a calmness appeared on his face as he stood infront of his ten clones, he condensed a Saber from his Will, the Saber was different than before because it wasn't just a Sabee condensed by energy but a source of Power emanting it's own Will, it's own intent. Yes, Long Chen successfully awakened Saber Intent. The power surging from him destroyed the surrounding while he remained emotionless. In an instant he appeared infront of one of the clones blasting them apart after which slashing another one. He in a new moments had destroyed all of his clones umhaving been under the Enlightment State of Saber Intent. Just as Long Chen defeated his clones, the rune of 'Infinite Trial'bove the stage quivered till it emanted light and disappeared along with the Stage.

Long Chen still remained in the State of Enlightenment unaware of having been pulled into a whole different scenario or fragment of history while the merger of the power within Egg with Long Chen's body started to finalize along with reformation of his Dantian and a certain Spirir Root like structure start forming on the outer surface of the Dantian that encased the entire Dantian.

As the process was finalizing another new process started which was the Sphere of Star Chart merging with Long Chen's body as it started to combine with the Dantian afterall Starry River of Sky Art focuses of drawing Astral Power of Heaven and Earth within the Dantian for cultivation.

The merger was slow but delicate process which being guided by Elder Xie while Long Chen knew nothing of what was happening to hisbody just like other friends of his.
