The idea behind this story is good, actually. However, that's all there is to it. The grammar is bad. The story progresses too fast. The interactions are kind of robotic. The characters are inconsistent. And religious figures are depicted, which means that it's biased to a certain belief and possibly blasphemous (Should be avoided when possible). This can still be fixed right now. Fix the grammar and pace the story in a balanced way. Try to make the characters consistent and write them like they are actual people rather than just an object of your imagination. And don't involve religion or base names or abilities on it. This is probably hard to understand, but I think fiction should keep being fiction. If you involve (religious) beliefs in the story, immersion will be inevitably sacrificed. Religions are hard topics, because everyone has their own opinions about it and a lot of people use them for their Ideals. So it will awaken related memories and thus break immersion. I hope you can put the clues together here. Anyways, I don't actually want to bash you here, I just want a good bleach fiction to read. Peace.
