Capítulo 249: (249) Quarry Upgrades (Part 1)

Geth helped a still emotional Bruce to his feet, allowing the man to lean on his shoulder. He smiled at his friend, who was testing the new leg by putting pressure on it.

"How does it feel? It should work the same as before, but it may take a few days to move around normally," Geth informed him.

Bruce's eyes teared up again. He pulled Geth into a tight embrace before gently pushing him away and standing independently.

Unaided, he awkwardly made his way to a small chest and pulled out a pair of boots. The boots were made of leather and looked like they had a Nike symbol etched into the side.

Upon closer inspection, he found that the symbol was in the shape of a familiar cartoon shark. He smiled at the boots while Bruce carefully tugged them on.

"Ahh..." Bruce smiled uneasily, "I uh... had the Tailor make these up. She's quite the talented lady."

Geth raised an eyebrow, "Is that all she's talented at?"
