As early as the next day, all of the applicants were summoned before a large silver gate that stood like two collosal doors with intricate design. The carvings and markings in it were pulsing with energy and power. The sheer size spread an almost insurmountable pressure that made many of those present who weren't used to it gulp down saliva.

Huey wasn't among though, he just stared at the gigantic gate indiscernibly having specific mixed thought and feelings about what was beyond.

'What the hell is mankind doing?'

He could feel it.

Bloodlust.

Unfounded and undescribable bloodlust flowing from behind the gates. But the others around him didn't seem to notice.
