The camera shook and rustled, images blurring at the urgency of Phil's retreat. A few other girls had arrived to chat with Selene. Keira recognized them as part of her table.

"How much?" Keira got straight to the point. Her eyes stared the man down, questioning his proposition for coming forward with such damning evidence.

He could have sold it to Selene and lived the rest of his life untouchable with her influence.
