Shen You looked at Li Ru and then Shen Jiao.

"What? The whole family is mobilized early in the morning?" Shen You said and then looked at Li Ru again.

Li Ru hesitated for a moment and then looked at Shen Jiao.

Shen Jiao crossed her legs and leaned against the sofa. There was a hint of disdain in her eyes. "I heard that the matter about your engagement last time wasn't settled."

"Mom brought us here early this morning to ask for a definite answer from you," Shen Jiao said as if she was Li Ru's spokesperson.

Shen You looked at Shen Jiao and sneered. "What? It's your turn to decide my marriage?"

"No! Xiao You, you have misunderstood!" Li Ru quickly explained.

"Xiao Jiao cares about you," Li Ru said as she stood up and walked to Shen You's side.
