Third Person's POV
As the victorious knights approached the city gates, the sounds of celebration could already be heard. The city had been preparing for their return, and the atmosphere was charged with anticipation. Banners fluttered in the breeze, vibrant with the colors of their flags, and the streets were lined with people eager to welcome their heroes home.
The royalties, leading the procession, could see the joy and relief on the faces of the people. Beside them were their generals; they felt a profound sense of fulfillment and gratitude.
As they neared the gates, a resounding cheer erupted from the crowd. Children waved small flags, and families held up signs of gratitude. The gates, which had stood strong against the assault, now opened wide to embrace the returning warriors.
