Capítulo 22: I Agree
Ross suddenly felt the land slipping from below.
He seems to lose his balance.
David, who had quite an excellent relationship with Ross at the workspace, quickly took hold of Ross and did not allow him to fall.
Seeing him like this, Smith laughed even more.
He seemed to be better.
Ross was not someone who was fragile; however, he was young and had a lot of ambitions regarding this job.
He had put a lot of his work into this job, and losing it so suddenly was a significant impact on him.
What's more, although the conditions of his family were not bad.
It was all because of his current job.
It was his current job that had allowed him to improve his family conditions.
If he lost his job, his family might fall.
And even though it might not be so bad, his mind instantly recalled the contents of all the job-related nightmares that he ever had.
He felt the world crumbling down on him.
After preventing Ross from falling down, David called him, "Ross, get a hold of yourself."
"What happened to you."
"Wake up"
David kept shaking Ross and trying to wake him up.
David felt anger seeing Ross like this.
However, he was weak.
Even if Ross was an excellent friend of his, he dare not conflict with Smith for the sake of Ross.
On the other side, Bill could see that Ross was not waking despite the various attempts of everyone.
They had even tried to splash water on him.
They even tried loud sounds. However, nothing worked.
"David, it seems he won't wake up like this."
"Call an ambulance."
Soon an ambulance arrives, and Doctors perform a preliminary check-up on Ross.
"There has been no major physical impact on him."
"However, there have been symptoms of a sudden increase in his Blood Pressure and stress-related symptoms."
"It was like he was suddenly frightened by something."
"Did he do something recently that involved horror elements?"
Waiting for someone to reply, the doctor recorded the details of Ross and began documenting them.
When the Doctor did not hear a reply for a long time, he looked up at everyone's faces, and he could see everyone looking at one person.
The Innocent Doctor looked at the man everyone looked at and said, "Are you his friend."
"No, I would never be a friend to a guy like him.", he replied in an angry voice.
The man seemed to be deeply offended at being called a friend of Ross.
Hearing this, the doctor also replied, "Okay, but Mr. do you know if he watched any horror movie recently."
The angry man did not reply to the Doctor, but David did, "Doctor, does losing his job count."
Hearing someone tell a reply elated the Doctor, who quickly turned to the speaker.
After finding the speaker, he asked him a question, "Umm… MR.."
"Mr. David, yeah, right."
"So, Mr. David, why do you feel that his loss of a job can be the reason for this incident."
David replied to the doctor, "Because he fainted the next moment after hearing that he lost his job."
"It was an almost instant fall."
The doctor nodded and noted this.
Next, the doctor completed some more formalities and took the patient to a hospital.

3 Hours Later
"Ross, do you want to work at World Brand."
He was listening to all this, Mr. Bill said; Ross fell into contemplation.
He understood all the pros and cons of joining World Brand immediately.
"I Agree"
Ross remembers that he was kicked out of Acacia and even banned from the Industry just because he offended Smith.
Although he knew about the power of Smith, but he could still not calm his arrogance.
HE understood now that when he found that his abilities and talents were superior to others, it bred a kind of arrogance in him.
From the perspective of a Leader, that kind of arrogance is necessary.
However, he was not a leader but a humble man without any background and was crushed by Smith the moment he lost his backing.
This made him realize that even if Smith is just an incapable dude.
His father is one of the strongest people in charge of the place.
He realized that defeating Smith was not enough.
He needs to defeat Smith's father and crush his arrogance.
