Capítulo 91: PWA 91 Onwards! To Cupcake City!
New Day, New Adventure!
As the morning sun rises, both me and Kotonoha get up from the bed and prepared ourselves by having a hearty breakfast with all our Pokémons and then get back to our room to brush our teeth and get a morning bath (yeah, it is my habit from previous world living in a tropical country to take a bath twice in a day, once in the morning and another one on the evening).
After both me and Kotonoha are all clean and ready, we put on our trainer gears, tidy up our bags and possessions and clipped our pokeballs to our belt before we go out of the room and proceed to checkout from hotel.
Today we are going to continue our journey as Pokémon trainers, our destination is the Cupcake City where the first Gym is located.
First Gym, First Badge!
I have done my research in PokeNet already, Cupcake City is a City that is mostly inhabited by the Beastman, specifically by the feline Cat People!
You know what that means, right? Yes, there must be a whole lot of the catgirls there!
Wohohohoho, finally after 90 Chapters, we will get our first meeting with furry fluffy catgirls!
Ahem, ahem, we get sidetracked again.
Where are we before, oh right, soooo.... In the Cupcake City that is mostly populated by Cat Tribe, there is a Rock type Gym which is the first destination for most of the Pokémon Trainers in this Region.
Also, that city is totally rocks!
I mean, not only does that Cupcake City located near the rocky mountain range, making the terrain around there to be rocky rough, but the culture on Cupcake City also revolves around rock music.
On the contrary, the Muffin City that is located next to it have metal culture, the city which is inhabited mostly by Dog People have their culture centered around heavy metal music.
The Muffin City also have a Steel type Gym which have naturally becomes the second goal for the trainers who started collecting their badges from the Rock type Gym in Cupcake City.
So, Cat Tribe and Dog People, one is Rock and another are Steel, their culture even clashed with one loving the rock music and the other prefer a heavy metal ones.
Sigh..... It is only the first and second Gym/Badges and we are already facing such a rivalry between races in this wacky world of Pokémon...
Moving on, we are already out from the Jelly Bean Town by now and we only need to walk east through the route going past a small forest and then go north to hike a little hill then go down to hit the route directly to Cupcake City.
It is already evening when me and Kotonoha have reached the entrance of the forest, both of us decided to set our camp here tonight.
And after our usual preparation, with me and our Pokémons out gathering foods and woods while Kotonoha is cooking after we have set up our tent, we got a satisfying dinner with the roasted Grumpig that have more than enough meat to feed all of us.
Oh, by the way, the wild Pokémons that we have encountered on the road along our journey today aside from Pidgeys and Rattatas that can be found almost everywhere are: Spoink, Hoppip, Ledyba, Pinsir, Heracross, Ekans and the single Grumpig that has now become our dinner.
After dinner we took a rest, and then we sleep with all of our Pokémons out of their pokeballs, ready to take action whenever there is danger approaching us during our slumber.
In the next day, we continue our journey to the forest, and we encountered wild Pikachu, Caterpie, Metadpod, Butterfree, Weedle, Kakuna and Beedrill aside from the wild Pokémons that we have already encountered on the road before.
We took our time battling the wild Pokémons in the forest while training each of our Pokémons to get used on doing move combination.
I know it is hard and exhausting, but once our Pokémon can get used to it like Zozo who can Growl while using Tail Whip at the same time on his first try doing move combination, that would be awesome.
Well in the first place, those two moves are easy to execute together, though.
Of course aside from our Pokémons, we as their Trainer also train together with them.
Yeah, basically I mimicked Ash who train the moves together with his Pokémons.
Who knows, maybe someday I can shoot Kame hame.... Ooops wrong franchise, sorry, I mean, shoots Aura Sphere from the palm of my hands.
Kotonoha trained her quick draw sword arts and is capable to behead any wild Pokémons around here in a single strike.
Her sword is flashing quickly like lightning, it took only a blink of an eye before the head of her enemy are rolling on the ground.
Even a speedy type Pokémon like Beedrill is no match for Kotonoha's quick draw sword technique, my girlfriend can quickly incapacitated them before they can even raise their spear-like hands to parry her sword strike.
As for me, well, I try buying a katana similar to Kotonoha and have asked her to teach me her sword art.
But my speed is nowhere near Kotonoha.
I have even trained together with my Pokémons to learn their Quick Attack move, you know?
Well, since I am just newly learning things, I should just take it slow but steady, just like how this body used to train martial arts diligently everyday in my memory.
As we train together while journeying through the forest, we found a nice spot for having a lunch near a small stream.
And after doing the usual routine of me gathering foods and woods with our Pokémons while Kotonoha is cooking, we are all sitting down and enjoy our lunch together.
"My, Kotonoha, your cooking is delicious as always." I praised my beloved girl while patting my stomach with satisfaction.
"Thanks for the meal, my love~" Taking a chance to kiss her cheek when our Pokémons are still enjoying their food, Kotonoha have a rosy blush on her beautiful face as she is being praised and kissed by me.
Hngh! MY Kotonoha is so cute~!
"Wow, you two sure are a pair of lovebirds, even in the middle of forest like this you can still flirts with each other." Suddenly we heard a voice that sounds like it is coming from a girl, right from the left side of Kotonoha. (Jovanna is sitting on the right side from Kotonoha)
"Who!?" I shouted in surprise and together with Kotonoha, both of us immediately jumped up and faced the source of that voice, all of our Pokémons are also immediately on alert and they stand up to us, ready for battle.
What the.... There are someone who can sneak around and get so close to us without me, Kotonoha or any of our Pokémons notice?
As someone who have practiced martial arts since I am a kid, my sense of danger is always good.
At least I have never got anybody managed to slip up close to me in my life before, not even the Medichamp trained by my Father who obviously is more well versed and have greater expertise in the field of martial training.
As for Kotonoha, well if she is the same as in her game and anime, then she should have quite a sharp sense that she is capable of feeling the gaze of people on her body, especially on her BIG assets, even when she herself is not looking around to see the people.
And our Pokémons didn't need to be said anymore.
Let's set aside Shion and Kasumi who is still on their baby stage or maybe on their kids stage with the small experience they have accumulated since the start of our journey, Zozo and Phinia who is already an experienced Pokémons who have faced dangers on a daily basis when the both of them are still living in the wild should have a good instinct to feel the presence of any creature that attempts to get close to them.
