Capítulo 41: PWA 41 The Aftermath I [Rewrite]
The Spinda is trying so hard to dodge Shion's barrage of Bullet Seed as any single one of them is enough to fell it down to the floor with how much damage it had taken earlier.
But as hard as it tried, 2 out of 5 Bullet Seeds still manage to hit and making the Spinda bites the dust.
The Misdreavus which have just managed to clear out the sand on her eyes can only see her partner getting downed by Shion.
Letting out an angry but sad howl like a grieving Bannette, the ghost Pokémon is about to meld into the shadow to sneak an attack towards Shion.
But not before a Lick from Kasumi felled her.
Oops, I and Kotonoha is too distracted from hearing Misdreavus banshee's cry that we forgot to take commands on our battle.
Guess we still have much to learn to focus on our battle.
As Kasumi have felled the Misdreavus, the Destiny Bond effect also kicked in.
Kasumi who have just laughing from victory suddenly fell flat on the floor, face down to hit the ground.
I guess she have fallen unconscious.
Shion, the last one standing on the Battle Platform only tilted her head in question when she sees how her partner is suddenly floored just like that.
I will need to teach all our Pokémons about some ghost type moves effects later on....
After that, me and Kotonoha is declared as the winner for today's Tag Team Tournament.
We both got the prize money, 10,000 pokedollars for each of us.
The numbers seems quite high, but seeing as they sold the ticket for the spectators to enter the Duel Dome to watch the tournament inside for 100 pokedollars per person and 100 to 1000 pokedollars per pokemon that they have brought along to watch the battles (ticket price vary depends on how much space in the spectator seats would a pokemon take with their body size).
And looking at the spectator seat, there are at least a thousand people and pokemons watching our duels.
Just from the ticket sales alone they would make at least 100,000 pokedollars just from holding a single tournament, not to mention the profits from selling other things like snack, foods and beverages for the spectators and participants who is waiting for their turns to battle.
Giving just 20,000 pokedollars for the winning team in Tag Team Tournament and 15,000 pokedollars for the winner of Single Battle Tournament are just a small pocket change for the Duel Dome Management Office.
The money prize aside, it is the sense of self-worth in Kotonoha's heart that I want to groom by winning the tournament together with her so that she will realize that she is not a burden.
I will slowly train and groom her until one day she can be more confident to herself and she can win the Single Battle Tournament by herself.
But first thing first though, she need to add even more Pokémons on her Team.
At least three but five is a better number if you want to even out tour team for the five rounds of battle in Duel Dome Tournament.
However she seems to be not too interested in adding any more Pokémon under her care for now.
Well, we still have a long way to go in our journey, surely she will found some Pokemons that she likes along our way sooner or later.

Holding our hands on our way back to the Pokémon Center to have our Pokémons healed, I chatted with Kotonoha about how she feels to have the first win in our first tournament together.
The good thing is, if me reading in between the lines of our conversation is not wrong, is that Kotonoha now have a slightly more confident feeling towards herself and her pokemon.
And an even better thing is, as much as her confidence to her own self has been increased, her dependency towards me is raised even more.
She thanked me for bringing her for tournament together and also is looking forward for more of my guidance in the future.
Hue hue hue hue hue! I am happy seeing the self growth of my beloved girlfriend.

Landing a sweet kiss on her cheek when we are still on the roadside, we quickly made our way to Pokémon Center.

After that, we go to have a dinner in another family restaurant with an open terrace that is overlooking the park nearby for the people who wants to have a dinner with their pokémons, provided that their pokemons are not as big as a Gyarados that would took up too many space of course.
Hmmmm..... The Krabby Burger with Tamato Berry sauce that I ordered is very delicious, but the Moomoo Cheese Burger with Tauros Patty that Kotonoha had also looks good, I can't help but order that too for my second serving.
Kotonoha looks at me with amazement in her eyes.
Kotonoha: ("How can Jovanna eats so much but his belly is still as flat as his chest? Meanwhile I.....") *Looking down only to see her J-Cup 102 cm Breasts that make her unable to even sees her foot, let alone her stomach*

After the hearty dinner, now comes the ordeal of finding a place to spend the night.
I acted confident on the outside while my heart inside is already drummed crazily like a Primeape doing Belly Drum when I asked my girlfriend if she would like to spend the night with me in a double bedroom.
Oi, I can't help it, okay?

Even though Jovanna have asked Kotonoha to have spicy moments with him (as Makoto) in the games, but asking the real Kotonoha in the real world to sleep together is an entirely different things.
It is like how you are asking out a girl you like to sleep with you after learning your way just from playing visual novel games with a heroine who happens to have similar personality as the girl you liked.
Is there anyone here who have done that?
