Capítulo 27: PWA 27 A Hot Morning III [Rewrite]
"I should get a Pokémon that can use a fire type move as doon as possible." thought Jovanna as he think that it would be very convenient to have a Pokémon that can make fire with ease.
He look at his own Pokémon: a Wooxie, a Pidgey and a Zigzagoon.
I think none of them can learn fire type moves?
Interestingly though, Jovanna remember that a Zigzagoon can learn Icy Wind and Thunder Wave through TM.
What if Thunder Wave is used on the fire wood, can it ignite them on fire or immediately turn them into a charcoal?

As Jovanna has done with dismantling and cleaning up their tent, Kotonoha is not idling either.
She is already almost done making a quick breakfast for everyone.
Today's breakfast is a healthy soup made using a wild Oddish that strayed into their camp and is entombed under the sand by Kasumi.
The Water Ghost type pokemon took her own sweet time slowly torturing the Grass Poison type Oddish using all of her not very effective moves such the Ground type Sand Tomb and Water type attack Bubble Beam while the poor plant monster can only use Absorb, Growth and Acid, which only deals a not so significant damage despite Absorb being a Grass type Move and it should be super effective against Kasumi.
I guess that wild Oddish is just too weak.
It ended up in our bowl as breakfast which the shredded bulb tasted a little bitter and spicy like a daikon radish and turnip mixed with onions with a stuffy feeling like that of a sweet potato.
For a not so fun fact, Oddish being part Poison type Pokémon stored its acidic poison on its blue bulbous body.
You must let it sit for a night after killing it to remove its poison from its system that will naturally disintegrates and breaks down to becomes harmless proteins.
Then to make it even more safe to eat, you can boil it first in hot water to make sure that all of its poison is broken down by the heat before preparing it for food.
The poison that have been broken down to become a harmless substance is the one that give it bulbous body a spicy and bitter taste.
Meanwhile the leaves is edible as it is like your everyday vegetables.
In fact, lots of people living in a village and those in vegan community used to farm Oddish for their edible leaves.
They only need to pluck the big and matured leaves while letting the Oddish absorb the nutrients from soil or from the living Pokémon that they have been captured to regenerate the leaves back until it is ready to be harvested again and voila! You have an unlimited food in your hands as long as your Oddish can have a source of nutrients to be Absorbed.
What is even more absurd is that once your Oddish has been cultivated and groomed until it can learn the move Moonlight, then that means you can pluck and harvest Oddish leaves for at least five rounds on every single night.
But that also means you must prevent your Oddish from evolving to become a Gloom along the way if you want to keep farming for its leaves as the Gloom didn't produce edible leaves.
(In Generation IX of the Pokémon games, Oddish can learn the Fairy type move Moonlight that have 5 PP naturally once it reached level 36. It however, will evolve to Gloom when it reaches level 21 so you would need to cancel its evolution everytime it is leveled up or give it an Everstone if you want to farm it in real life for its leaves.)

Also, one must know that Kotonoha have a lot of skill up to her sleeves. She is skilled in the art of tea ceremony, flower arrangement, traditional dancing, cooking, and embroidery.
She even have some martial skill and Kokoro have often mentioned how her big sister is very skilled in her Iaido, she is capable of executing a quick draw technique flawlessly and swing her blade is incredible speed.
A skill that is unfortunately is only utilised by her on her bad endings in the game and anime.
In the game you can see by yourself how quick is she on brandishing her blade by looking at how clean is her knife when she is slaughtering people in broad daylight, while her clothes are spluttered by the blood that spurt out like a fountain messily.
Meanwhile in the anime you can see how skillful she is on handling her blade by seeing how effortlessly she is in killing Sekai who is already on her yandere mode, continuing on by how easily she dissected her stomach to inspected her womb using her hacksaw (which is unfortunately goes off screen on the TV Anime).
