Bing Ying walked towards the medicine garden where Feng Zhijiu and Xiao Mu were experimenting. His steps are light and steady. Seeing his master squatting down to take care of the spiritual herbs, he approached her and bowed in salute.

"Shizun, this disciple has mastered the exercises, and my spiritual energy has also changed."

Feng Zhijiu looked up at Bing Ying standing beside her. She stood up, and Xiao Mu, who was floating in the air, sat on her shoulder. She cast a cleansing spell with a flick of her fingers, and then held Bing Ying's wrist. Checking his pulse with soft fingers, a trace of spiritual energy was sent into his body.

Bing Ying only felt a warm current flow around his body twice before the warm feeling dissipated. He knew it was his Shizun's spiritual energy, so he relaxed his body.
