Water dripped onto her lips, bringing a slight chill. Lu Mingshu unconsciously opened up her mouth to conveniently allow the water into her mouth. 

Her dry mouth and throat felt better as the water moisturized it a bit, and the pain decreased too. She slowly regained her consciousness and opened up her eyes. 

"Ha! You are finally awake!" A robotic voice paired with a pair of lights blinked in the dark, a strange scene.

Lu Mingshu stared around her blankly for a moment, trying to register what was going on. 

"Little boo?" She sounded extremely sore.

"Yes master?"

~it's little boo, which means I am still alive.~

Lu Mingshu heaved a sigh of relief.

Darkness surrounded her, and it was so dark that she couldn't even see her fingers. But Lu Mingshu could feel a pair of arms surrounding her, one holding on to the back of her head and the other around her waist.
