Capítulo 5: Chapter 3:- Arrival

MC's Pov-

Walking out of the Airport, and hailing a taxi towards the address given to me by Robert prior to boarding the plane, who stayed behind to take care of the manor and properties back at home, after a long time of persuasion from my side, seeing as he was adamant to not leave me alone in a whole new country, that too in a city which was quickly becoming the center of focus for the supernatural forces, what with Cleria Belial's scandal a couple of years back and now with two of the four satan's sisters taking control of this town, who are famous for their over the top affection for their siblings. But i can't have him here with me, no matter how much i wanted to as, knowing the most probable future of this world, without my interference ofcourse, i will obviously make some questionable moves from his perspective in the future, and even though he won't ask questions, i simply don't want to lie to him, not when he is the only one who is like family to me remaining.

Seeing as it will take a while for me to reach the address, i thought, might as well take a look at my stats which i hadn't gotten around the time to look at for a while now.

So an increase in strength ,control and perception. Control and perception must be because of the Sharingan and the increase in strength due to the template, not bad i would say considering an average human reaches 30 in all the stats at the prime age of their life, except for Perception which averaged on 10, which was surprising but not out of expectations, since very few people in the world take time to actually sit and meditate or retrospect about themselves, making their perception narrower about themselves and the world as a whole.

But i digress, coming back to stats, another thing i noticed is that my constitution stat is back to its previous values. About constitution, i figured that the numeric value represents my physical parameters, and the letters represent magical ones. As i understand it, the magic is graded in descending order S,A,B,C,D,E, with S being the best and E being the worse, but the thing is the grading restarts from a lower grade, every time you breakthrough a power level.

Like for example, my current evaluation can be said to be almost middle class with a c grade, which ultimately means, that my physical parameters are almost middle class level and my mana pool which is c grade, with s being the highest, one could have in middle class and E being the lowest.

But since its still too complicated....

Sage can you change the layout of how you display constitution stat, and in its place, you just display a system evaluation with the grade

[It can be done, but you wouldn't know the exact measure of your constitution, to give an example, the current evaluation would look like, borderline middle class(c grade)]

yes, i do. And while you are at it, can you separate speed from said stat, and display it separately too, and during fights i want to keep an eye on my HP and Remaining mana, so display them during fights too.

Feeling the taxi coming to stop, dismissing the status screen, i saw that i have arrived at the given address, paying the taxi driver the fare and exiting from it, i saw a three story building standing out from the rest of the ones surrounding it.

Damn, Robert really did go all out with this one, i mean the building looked absolutely beautiful, with the bottom two floors used as Restaurant/Tavern, which i wanted to open as i wanted this place to be like a gathering point for supernatural forces where they can peacefully negotiate with each other and most of all, i was always fascinated with those fanfics in which the mc is reborn with a restaurant or shop which connects to different worlds, even though not different worlds for now, i will be satisfied with the world's supernatural forces.(Image)

Walking inside, and seeing the cozy yet elegant interior designed by yours truly, made me gave myself a pat on the back, with tables and cushioned seats surrounding the centralized bar and cooking slab so that i can interact with everyone and vice versa, with stairs going upwards for private booths from the right side of the bar, with lanterns and candles lighting up whole place making it cozy and elegant.(image)

With the third floor being used for gym and training rooms, and the fourth containing my very own 5bhk penthouse.

Using the lift to directly to the fourth floor which has the penthouse, Unlocking the door, i saw the living room, with a table in the middle and sofa's covering it from all sides, further back i saw a dining table and kitchen on the right side to it and one left side their are two sliding doors, one leading to a huge bath and other leading towards the bedrooms.(image)

After touring around the house and seeing the time, i remembered that i have to visit the kuoh academy too for the enrollment process and i had already called ahead informing the faculty to expect my visit, so i decided to freshen up and to rest a bit before going towards the school.

Unknown Pov's at the same time as Ajax's arrival in the kuoh town:-

"Hmm, Did you feel it too?" a girl of the same age as ajax asked the other girl of similar age with her who was looking out from the window.

"yes, i did, even though i could not feel their magic, but their aura even though hidden, its nature was very assertive and unrelenting, i have never felt something like this before, i can only hope they are not harmful.

At the same time, in a park, a bald old man with a pointed white beard holding a stick in his hand, sitting on Bench.

"Oho, now that's an aura i haven't felt in centuries, i wonder what chaos will it bring in this town. Oh, now that's one good pairs, i wonder if she'll let me latch onto the other one if i asked nicely?", the old man said while looking towards a middle aged woman with quite a sizable bust, sitting on a bench a little far away from the old man, breastfeeding the new born child she was carrying in her arms.

|CURRENT TIME, ONE HOUR LATER|

Mc's Pov-

After taking a bath and resting for a little bit, seeing as it was almost the time decided beforehand for the meeting at kuoh academy, i started making my way towards it.

Kuoh academy, wasn't really far from my new home, it was about 20 minutes walk from my house so i simply decided to walk there, while walking i will also be able to sight see a little, and it was a nice change of pace too.

After a few minutes , i was able to see the gates belonging to the academy, and their i saw a bespectacled girl about 170cm(5'7) in height, with long black hair,with a voluptuous figure, wearing the kuoh academy's girls uniform, with a stern expression on her face standing while waiting for someone. Walking towards the girl, i saw her looking at me too, as i soon i reached her....

"Are you Ajax Knight, here for the enrollment papers and the uniform?", the girl asked me

"Yes, that would be, and you are...?" i inquired

"I am Tsubaki Shinra, a first year student here and also the vice president of the student council, i have been waiting for you, please follow me to the student council's office, where you'll get your enrollment papers and the unifrom", the girl now Tsubaki, introduced herself while also started making her way towards the student council's office with me following closely behind.

While following behind her, i couldn't help but observe her with my sharingan, seeing as the darker and almost purple mana, signature of that of devil' race, it finally hit me that this is my first encounter with a real anime character, and it felt surreal, to be honest.

Here i was following Tsubaki Shinra, queen of Sona Sitri and also the wielder of the sacred gear, mirror alice, and judging by what i am seeing with my sharingan, she wasn't weak, atleast not to the current me.

As i was observing her, we reached the student council's room, and only after we heard a distinct 'come in' from inside, after tsubaki knocked on the door ofcourse, did we enter inside.

Inside i found that most of the room was empty, with only a single table at the center was occupied upon which a girl similar to my age was sitting while reading some papers, their was also two chairs on the opposite side of the table and a chess set kept in the middle.

The girl sitting upon it, was also wearing glasses with purple eyes, black hair and a petite figure, also wearing the school's girls unifrom, sporting a indifferent but calculating expression, was observing me as i was observing her.

Seemingly finding out what she was looking for while observing me ....

"You must be Ajax knight, I am Sona Shitori, the current student council president, and also a first year student here", sona introduced herself , while raising a hand for handshake

Meeting her hand with mine for the handhsake, " It is my pleasure to make your Acquaintance, miss shitori"

Now before you ask how am i talking so fluently in japanese without the all speak ability of devil's or something similar, than it's because i learned japanese in my previous life when i made a trip there for vacation, and i also took courses here starting a few months before coming here.

Looking straight into my eyes, "Now, your enrollment papers are already completed, but before i hand them over to you, i want to ask a question which i hope you'll give me an answer to", she intoned a little more seriously.

nodding at her to continue," Your profile here says you are from the U.S, then why move all the way to another continent, even if you wanted to change schools, their are numerous options in U.S to choose from, why here, why kuoh town specifically"? she asked sharply while staring straight in my eyes

Now, i know, she can't sense any magic from me, since the ring hides my magical aura from prying eyes, it my just be simple curiosity on her side and seeing no harm in telling her, "Well i wanted a fresh new start in a new place, and i always wanted to visit Japan so i decided, why not kill two birds with one stone, and kuoh was because my family owned a property here, so that's why i moved here" i answered while moving my rand hand at the back of my head.

Looking at me for a moment or two more and seemingly satisfied with my reason, "Very well, here are your enrollment papers, Tsubaki here will give you a tour of the campus, welcome to Kuoh Academy, Mr. knight"

As soon as she handed me the enrollment papers...

Dismissing the message with a mental prompt, and waiting till i reach home to check it, after saying thanks to sona, i followed Tsubaki for a tour of the academy, where she showed me all the important places like my classroom, the club rooms ,the cafeteria etc.

After finishing the tour and parting ways with Tsubaki, i started making my way home, eager to get the rewards, as i would take any increase in my strength, no matter how small, seeing that i wasn't strong enough to even defend myself from danger, much less interfere in the canon events well except the first event, the Raynare one, as i was fairly certain i could beat her even right now, though it would be a tough fight.

Reaching home, and entering my living room...

Confirming with a mental prompt

A sense of vertigo suddenly hit me and before i knew it, i was on the floor again, clutching me head which was having a headache that was gradually increasing in pain due to the sudden plethora of information getting cramped inside my head and at the same time the excessive information my newly obtained observational haki was giving me from my surroundings making it that much more harder to endure.

After a few minutes of m struggle, the pain receded which made me get up from the ground, which i should really find a way to not fall upon the next time i accept quest rewards, but the joy of getting a powerup made me forget all my grievances. Sensing the auras of all the living things nearby with the observational haki, now with this atleast i won't get one shot by anyone, without me knowing.

Shutting off the Haki, as it was getting too much information for me to handle the moment, and walking towards the window, looking out at the busy streets of the town, an excited smirk couldn't help but appear on my face thinking about the future that awaits me.

One thing is sure, it's going to be amazing.

A/N:- here with another chapter, sorry it took this long, had to map the next couple of chapter as there are going to be some big things happening in the next few chapters and couldn't update yesterday as it was raining heavily where i live and my internet wasn't working properly.
