Capítulo 178: The fool.
"You're late." Sabastian said to Zulkernyn, who was wiping the blood from the blades that he threw earlier to kill the people who were after Sabastian.
"I know, I know I'm sorry... Hey Basti!!!" Zulkernyn ran towards Sabastian who plopped down on the ground.
Now that he was in front of Sabastian, Zulkernyn could see how serious Sabastian's condition is.
"Hey, don't die on me, bro! Try to stay conscious, I'm calling help. Don't you dare die on me!!!" Zulkernyn yelled, he took out his phone and called for help.
After telling his people to hurry, Zulkernyn sent a message to Ana.
"*cough* *huff* Hey, take her with me...*cough* Her parents are in the restaurant, you have to take their bodies too... *cough*" Sabastian coughed up blood. He was trying to stay conscious but the more he tries to, the more he feels dizzy. He can't hold on any longer.
"I'm going to sleep, bro... Wake me up laterrr..."
Sabastian lost consciousness.
"FU*K! I'LL KILL YOU IF YOU DIE!!!" Zulkernyn yelled before he turned to the girl.
The girl's eyes dimmed like it lost all feelings.
She was crying just a second ago but the moment Sabastian lost his consciousness, the girl became silent and was staring at Sabastian without blinking her eyes, like she's in a trance.
"Hey, don't worry about him. He will be fine, we are going to take care of him." Zulkernyn said to the girl.
But the girl only for a brief moment turned to Zulkernyn before turning back to Sabastian.
"What's your name?"
The girl didn't reply.
Zulkernyn gritted his teeth, he made sure to clean the gunshot wounds before covering the wounds with cloths and put pressure on it to stop the bleeding.
Soon, Zulkernyn's subordinates came and took the three to the headquarters of Nameless.

Aurora arrived at the headquarters.
Leaving the car, she saw Ana and a few of her medical staff waiting outside.
She furrowed her brows seeing them.
Walking towards them, she inquired Ana what is this about.
"What happened, who are you guys waiting for?"
Ana turned to Aurora after coming out of her thoughts.
"There vere azzazzination attemptz on Nyx and Basti. Nyx is unconzciouz, zhe vill be 'ere in a few 'ours. Aaron vas at 'ome vhen Nyx vas attacked, 'e lozt conzciouznezz zuddenly at the zame time vhen Nyx vas attacked. Don't vorry about Aaron, 'e'z fine. There'z nothing zeriouz, 'e vill vake up in a few 'ours." Ana informed Aurora about Nyx and Aaron.
When Aurora heard that there was an assassination attempt on Nyx, her heart skipped a beat.
But hearing that both Nyx and Aaron are fine, she heaved a sigh of relief.
"That explains my sudden dizziness and the hammer pounding inside my head. What about Sabastian?" She asked in concern of Sabastian's situation.
Since both Nyx and Aaron are fine, that means Ana is here outside for Sabastian.
Ana was silent for a few minutes.
Before she replied in a solemn tone.
"It'z bad, very bad Rory!"
Ana hugged Aurora tightly.
Aurora was alarmed!
Seeing the state Ana is in, Aurora assumed Sabastian's condition is very serious.
"He will be fine, Ana. He will be fine!"
5 minutes later, a black van arrived.
Ana and her team rushed to get Sabastian to the OR room.

A few hours later.
Aaron woke up feeling dizzy.
The first thing he saw after waking up is his sister sleeping near the bed on a sofa.
"Well, it doesn't look like I'm dead at least..." Aaron commented before he tried to get up but he couldn't move.
"Fu*k! How long was I sleeping, that my body fell asleep."
Aaron's whole body is in a semi paralysed state.
Giving up on getting up, he sighed.
"I need to make that nervous shocker soon. Attaching it to my spine would be a good idea..." Since he can't move and doesn't want to disturb Aurora, Aaron started to think about the nervous shocker for his passive idleness.
A few minutes later, Aurora woke up.
"You're awake! How are you?" Aurora asked in concern, though the doctors have said there's nothing to worry about. She still can't stop worrying about Aaron.
"I'm kind of dizzy but I'm fine. Nyx will probably wake up soon too." Aaron replied.
"I was with Li Hwa, is she okay? She must be freaking out! Can you inform her about my condition?"
"I already told her there's nothing to worry about, she is fine and waiting for you at home. You should give her a call soon, although we have told her there's nothing to worry about she will be assured if you personally tell her that you're fine." Aurora replied to Aaron before asking him about what happened with Nyx.
"Well, I went shopping. It's my fault for not having anyone around me but I just wanted to go shopping and have fun you know. With all the guards around me, I feel stifling so I didn't take many people. I'm sorry, I should have taken extra precautions when I went shopping. Uhm, kind of forgot that there are people after me..." Aaron became silent and waited for a lecture from Aurora.
But Aurora didn't lecture Aaron.
"It's fine, I know Nyx is going through a lot. Sometimes, you need a break I get that. Any idea about who the person might be behind the attack?" Aurora sighed before asking Nyx about the culprit behind the assassination attempt.
"I have a long list and at the top of the list is Lyle Prince. We just took out one of his allies, so this might be a warning to me. What happened today was my fault, it caught me off guard otherwise it wouldn't have happened. The car explosion is just theatrics to scare me." Aaron replied giving a wry smile.
"Can you give me my shocker, I can't move much. It will take about 20 minutes before I can move normally without my shocker." Aaron asked Aurora.
"How can you do it yourself if you can't even move your hands!" Getting up, Aurora took a small cylinder like equipment from the table nearby.
She then walked towards the bed with the shocker equipment on hand.
Opening the cap of the cylinder, Aurora pressed the button on the cylinder.
The shocker equipment works just like a taser.
So she tased Aaron all over his body starting from his legs.
A few moments later, Aaron could move his arms and legs normally.
"Does aunt Cassie know about what happened?" Sitting up on the bed, Aaron asked.
"Yes, Timothy told her. She was worried but after knowing that you're fine, she calmed down a bit. Timothy is with her and her security has been tightened."
"Max was concerned about you and repeatedly asked for your condition... You... Should give them a call and tell them that you're okay."
Hearing Aurora, Aaron fell silent.
"Alright, I'll give them a call later... So what are you not telling me, sis? You're hiding something from me, what is it?"
Aaron knows Aurora better than herself, he can tell when there's something wrong with Aurora.
Aurora hesitated for a minute before she told Aaron about Sabastian.
"Sabastian too was attacked...He's currently in the intensive care unit here."
"I'm sorry what???" Aaron thought he heard it wrong.
"He was shot two times on the back and two times in his abdomen, he lost a lot of blood. Ana and her team did everything she could. One of the doctor's said if his condition doesn't get better in the next 24 hours then there's no hope for him."
Aurora balled her first as she told Aaron about Sabastian's condition.
Aaron got out of bed, he was having trouble keeping balance.
He stood straight for a couple of minutes before he started walking towards the door.
Aurora didn't say anything or stopped Aaron.
She let him go to meet Sabastian.

"Have you found out who sent them?" Aaron asked Zulkernyn, who was leaning on the wall beside him.
Aaron, Zulkernyn, Ana and Ian were outside the ICU.
"No, we haven't. They were professional mercenaries, someone hired them through a third party...We think that both Nyx and Basti's events are related. From what happened today, we have come into conclusion that whoever orchestrated today's events only wanted to scare Nyx and kill Basti." Zulkernyn replied before he handed his phone to Aaron.
Taking the phone, Aaron saw a picture of a tattoo on the phone.
"Mercenaries from the 'underbelly'? Someone from the abyss world?" Aaron inquired.
"No, the mercenaries are from the abyss but the ones who hired them are not from the abyss."
Aaron fell into deep thought.
He tried thinking for a while who might be the one behind the attacks today but there were too many people to count.
Sighing, Aaron shook his head.
He looked inside the ICU and saw his best friend hooked up with many kinds of medical equipment.
"He has the vitality of a cockroach, this fool. There's no way he will die from this." Aaron chuckled before commenting.
