Vorpal embers, their fearsome foes this time around, were a breed of sinuous, caterpillar-like creatures that could grow from 10 up to 15 meters long and 1 meter thick.

Their forms were covered by shimmering scales that ranged from shades of crimson, orange, and gold.

They had serpentine eyes that burned with an ethereal fiery glow, darting around with an unsettling intelligence.

Vorpal embers were most feared for their strong affinity with the law of Fire. It granted them the ability to manipulate flames and heat with relative ease, even better than some Fire practitioners still in the Manifestation stage.
