To no one's surprise, Wang Jingyuan lost in her duels with Liu Xiaochen. In fact, she lost terribly. Even with Liu Xiaochen giving her "freebie" attacks, where he doesn't retaliate and only dodges for a set number of her attacks, she would soon lose after Liu Xiaochen did attack. The duels exposed many of her weak points, but she had to admit that it was good practice. Liu Xiaochen was very patient with her, even as she made the same mistakes over and over again, and gave her many tips. It was a very productive practice.
As the sun climbed into the sky and warmed the earth, Liu Xiaochen finally announced that morning practice was over. Everyone was dismissed to eat a simple breakfast before being assigned tasks to do. Today, they would be cleaning up the courtyard, Main Hall, and cafeteria. Liu Xiaochen disappeared into the Rear Mountain to sort through Luo Qingye's belongings.
Fun Fact: “Xiao-Wu” translates literally to “Little Five”, while “Shi-Tou” translates to “rock”.
You may notice the dash "-" between their names. This is to distinguish between nicknames and formal names (i.e. if someone had a last name of Xiao or Shi). Hopefully this makes sense!
