They quickly tensed in anticipation, waiting for something to happen–

The heavy air settled into a pin drop silence!

It seems, however, that they were waiting in vain because even after the countdown had boiled down to seventy, the life-threatening danger still hadn't made its grand entrance...

"Could it be that the doors are locked?"

Chao Bin blanched, momentarily unable to process the situation. The blaring countdown sounded ominously from the battered monitor in front of them, the vibrant red rose was still hanging frozen on the screen supposedly a symbol of their upcoming doom. And yet, even after a good while had passed, they were still standing there in bewilderment, still unharmed and wholly confused.
