/Tsunade POV/
"Why does he have to participate in the exam?" I asked Jiraiya "from the letters I sent the old man he should know that Zasu is alone without a team."
"Since he is by himself, doesn't that already disqualify him?" I added
"Well, it would normally." Jiraiya replied "though sensei has a bit of leeway since the exams are in the leaf village this year."
"Wouldn't it be dangerous?" I asked nervously
Jiraiya narrowed his eyes "tsunade, what are you hiding."
I let out a bit of pressure "I'm not hiding anything."
"From everything you told sensei, the kid should already be at chunin level at the least. So there would be no danger." Jiraiya told me "so what are you hiding?"
"He… he has two of them." I trailed off biting my lips 'the less people that know the better.'
Jiraiya stared at me for a few seconds confused "two of what Tsunade?"
"Promise me you won't tell the old man." I Said "it isn't something that will be harmful to the village."
I could see him hesitate briefly "ok I promise." He told me, but I could see he was still conflicted
'At least he still considers our past.' I thought "Zasu possesses another bloodline limit, or to be more accurate a bloodline selection (kekkei tota)."
"What!" I heard Jiraiya shout in shock "how do you know it's a bloodline selection and not a regular bloodline limit!?"
"I already verified myself." I told him "Zasu seems to be able to combine earth, wind, and water to perform poison release."
"He's a genius, he has already created a variety of jutsu with it." I added
"He's only twelve years old." Jiraiya mumbled "If the old man knew about this he'd groom him regardless of his character. Having not only a dojutsu but a bloodline selection is too important for the village. I'm sure if the elders knew about him they'd force him to impregnate every female they could get their hands on."
Him saying that caused my facial expression to turn dark "that's why they can't know!" I shouted "I have already been put through having to deal with those old bastards schemes! I will not allow them to do the same with Zasu!"
"You already have by forcing him to get engaged to one of the hyuga!" Jiraiya shouted
"That's not the same! I did that so he'd be tied to the village! He would not have to deal with anyone telling him he doesn't belong!" I shouted 'I only wanted him to have a stable home' I thought
"Tsunade I understand how you feel but you have to tell sensei the truth." He told me in a serious manner
"You promised me Jiraiya!" I yelled at him "Zasu is too important to me! He reminds me too much of my grandfather! His body holds the same vitality my grandfather had! If not for the fact he can use poison release I would of suspected him to be a lost senju clan member!"
"In fact I'm almost certain he's related to the Senju. Maybe a distance relative as the Uzumaki were." I added
I could see Jiraiya's mouth twitch "so let me get this straight, a dojutsu more advanced then Hyuga. A bloodline selection in the form of a poison release, and a physique comparable to the god of shinobi himself. Is there anything else you want to tell me? At this point I won't even be surprised!"
"…" I looked at him wryly
"Tsunade…" I could hear him mumble
"He…. He mastered my strength of a hundred seal…" I told him slowly
"Tsunade!" He yelled at opened eyed
"He's my apprentice! It's my jutsu to give out! He's even earned the favor of the slug clan!" I yelled at him "he's a genius The likes I have never seen! Even the medical ninjutsu I taught him was mastered with relative ease!"
"Then you should of informed sensei sooner so that he could be groomed in the village!" Jiraiya yelled back
"So what?! So he can be mysteriously killed!? So he can be controlled by those senile old fools?!" I shouted "look at what happened to the Senju! To the Uchiha! Those were founding clans! Do you think they would care about an outsider"
I could see that Jiraiya wanted to continue but he couldn't seem to figure out what to say
"You promised Jiraiya." I told him bluntly "make sure the old man understands that he can't just do what he pleases with Zasu."
"Your acting as if Sensei himself will plot against the kid. At most he'll just make him his successor for the hokage. That's not necessarily a bad thing." He told me with a soft expression
"That's up to Zasu to decide himself if it gets to that point. I know the old man wouldn't go to far, but he's to trusting to the senile old fools he keeps around." I said with disdain
I heard him sigh "fine. I wont be telling anyone about this conversation. I'll let sensei know about the strength of a hundred seal though. You can tell him about the bloodline selection yourself later." He said as he got ready to leave
"I'll talk to the old man myself." I said with a wry smile "I'll be there before the chunin exams." I added "you can go and report back to the old man."
