Basically, it gives its host 10 targets to assimilate, but the host can only choose one among the 10 to assimilate with and the new set of targets is given every three years.
The host can choose which attribute to assimilate and avoid. For example, If the Host got Target A, he can take the skills and attributes of Target A while avoiding useless stuff like memories, character, or Ego.
The host can assimilate with his targets whom he doesn't wish to permanently assimilate with for a temporary period. This time limit is set by the host himself.
The host can sacrifice a full set to get another set if he doesn't find anything good to assimilate with.
The Host will gain Info about the target he chose to assimilate with.
The rate of Assimilation depends on the host.
