After hearing that kakashi jumped and grabbed Guys throat AND SHOUTED ALL RIGHT HUHH IT IS GOING TO BE ALL RIGHT, LOOK AROUND YOU GUY THERE IS NO ONE LEFT MY FATHER,MOTHER MY SENSEI MY SQUAD THEY ALL DEADIED, TELL ME HOW I CAN I MAKE THINGS ALL RIGHT (Kakashi still squeezing Guys throat) . After having enough of kakash's bullshit Guy punched kakashi on his face, kaskashi. After receiving that punch, punch fell down like a sack of potato.
Then guy said, "You think you are the only one who lost teammates and family members, no kakashi." That's not true. We all lost someone precious to us. Its our duty to continue to live and remember them. Our families and teams sacrifice their lives to protect our village. It's our duty to protect this village ,the will of fire , that youth kakashi that's youth. The village needs us kakashi ,your sensei the fourth hokage sacrificed himself for leaf for us, now its our time to respect their sacrifice and continue our work,

Kakashi, after composing his emotions, started fighting with Guy.
Even at 15, Guy was unbeatable in the strength department. Due to this, kakashi lost to Guy.
After badly beating kakashi Guy broke his character and said , my friend i know what you guys think of me i might be a looser a lost cause when it comes to ninjutsu and genjutsu but due to my hard work i will surpass all the elites of leaf remember that, and i hope you will do that too, right now its not time to morn the dead its time to live for the living with a nice guy pose after that Guy didn't said anything and shunshined out of the cemetary.
Kakashi composed himself and with a new vigor stood up and woed to get stronger for the sake of his father and his sensei.
At night

Kakashi hatake was admiring his fathers sword. He took the sword out of its sheath and did some kata after training for almost one hour. kakashi cleaned sweat from his brows and drank some water. Hmm i have very little stamina,i can perform all the hatake clan sword techniques but i am unable to use my father's techniques his kata his techniques require too much chakra and stamina, but the sharingan uses too much of my chakra even resting.
I have to solve this problem. Otherwise, i will never be able to surpass my father. The village hidden in the leaves needs another white fang. Father , sensei, i will surpass both of you and Naruto. i woe to become strong i will protect you from sensei's enemies.
After resting a bit, kakashi again started his training.
This cycle continued for years
Whenever he got free from his missions, he trained rigorously with his father's blade in secret. Sometimes he trained with Guy to increase his physical strength. Due to his rigorous training, he was able to open 3 inner gates and increased his chakra by 40%
