One morning, William and his son, Lukas, were having breakfast. However, the blonde-haired mini carbon copy of William didn't like what was presented in front of him. He had just scrambled the omelet on his plate after his first bite a minute ago.
William, who ate his breakfast in a hurry, looked at his son's behavior several times without commenting. However, a few minutes later, his patience finally ran out. He wiped the side of his lips and drank half a glass of the orange juice to hold back his exasperation.
"Finish your breakfast, Luke!" William said in a serious tone. He didn't like his son being spoiled. "School will start soon. Time will never wait for us."
The boy who was reprimanded stopped fiddling with his knife and fork. He turned towards his father and looked at him with a sharp gaze, making his father feel that he was being looked at by himself who came from the past.
"I want to eat sweet cereals, pancakes, or waffles. Not these eggs, bacon, and cheese," protested Lukas with his mouth turned forward. "It's been a year since I haven't eaten sweet stuff."
"Those are the only foods you are allowed to eat on the weekends. After all, sweets are not good for your body. You have to eat nutritious foods," William replied flatly. "I have to go now. There's a meeting this morning."
"Dad! I want to hang out with you on my birthday next week. Can I?" asked little Luke.
Unfortunately, William shook his head. "You will get whatever you want. Ask Danica. However, this week I am busy. You can take Grandpa and Grandma with you if you want."
"Then, how about today? Can we eat ice cream together?" asked Luke, pleadingly. "I promise I will finish my breakfast."
William stared intently at his son. "Luke, I am loaded with work."
"In that case, I will go to your office and play—oh—study there," Lukas bargained again. He just wanted to be with his father apart from the busy breakfast time.
"You should go home after school."
"Dad! Don't you think that this is too much? I have lost my mom and why should I lose you as well?" Luke was in a rage. He slammed his knife and fork onto the floor. "Even Uncle Samuel always takes vacations with his two daughters regularly. Why didn't you do the same for me? Don't you love me?"
William was not provoked by emotion. He was used to things like this. "Finish your breakfast and don't talk nonsense," William answered while stroking his son's blond hair, looking intently at his son's green eyes. "You have a lot of schedules with your tutors after school. Don't act like a spoiled rotten kid!"
The dark brown-haired man then immediately went to work, leaving his son in a rage. The man had no idea that his son was planning anything against his orders.

The news that a girl who looked like Paula worked as a waitress at the late Paula's bakery started to become a hot topic among employees. A few days later, Danica also heard about it and told her boss.
"William, I heard there's a waitress that looks like Paula at the bakery," Danica said carefully. She meant to put William in a good mood, but if it had the opposite effect, she would be unlucky and scolded all day long.
"Do you have more important news than that? Every time a woman with blonde hair and blue eyes is said to look like my wife," said William, annoyed.
"No, Will. I heard that she looks a lot like Paula. Her stature, her voice, her way of speaking, and her height, were very similar. She even has the size of—"
"Even if you say she's 34D, I wouldn't be interested in that news, Danica!" he snapped. "You better give me my schedule for today and tomorrow."
William slammed his body into the black-wheeled chair, causing the chair to be pushed back a little. His hands massaged his temples, irritated because he was reminded of his wife again. The wound that ripped through his chest had not healed since he lost Paula. The wound deepened when he almost had sex with a girl who looked like Paula in NJ.
Since then, William has become very annoyed with himself. For the first time, his sexual desire which he thought was dead, resurfaced because of that incident. He didn't think there would be another woman who could make him get a boner after Paula was gone.
William tried to convince himself that it was only because he was drunk that he mistook the blonde girl for Paula. However, his anxiety did not stop there. Several times, he dreamed of seeing the young woman again and it disturbed him greatly.
William's hand scratched his head. He wanted a concentration. Not a distraction. He then took the document from Danica's hand and forced his eyes and mind to focus on the pile of papers on the table.
Danica and William worked seriously, not noticing that a small intruder had barely snuck into the office. The child deceived his bodyguards because he wanted to meet his father. Recklessly, he disguised himself and left the school with a group of girls then asked a friend's parents to bring him to his father's office.
However, just as he was about to enter his father's office, he heard the news from Danica's mouth. There was a woman who looked just like his mother in the bakery! Of course, Luke was very curious and wanted to meet the woman who was being gossiped about.
Lukas changed his plans. He then immediately left his father's office and headed for Sakura Bakery Cafe.

"Have you got the child?" A man in his forties made a phone call to a suspicious man who had been pacing William's office.
"Not yet, boss! But I think this time I'll get it soon," replied the suspicious man, smiling showing rows of his white teeth. His dark eyes twinkled looking at Luke who walked alone, leaving the building in a hurry.
