Capítulo 41: He's an Angel

Several days passed peacefully. William was very busy and hardly ever came home. He was very stressed with work, but at peace knowing that Lukas was in good hands.

Ava reported all of Lukas' activities every day. Formal reports were accompanied by plenty of photos and videos. No matter how busy he was, William made time to look at and read Ava's reports.

The time for the parent-teacher meeting arrived. Luckily, William could make time to attend.

"I could come to the meeting to represent you, but Lukas would be very happy if you could come," Ava informed him in her email. Therefore, William headed straight to the school upon arriving at the airport after returning from London.

"Are you sure you don't want to have lunch first?" Danica asked. She asked this question countless times, knowing what William's response would be.

"I don't want to be late for the meeting," William replied.
