With Elena now gone, the blonde-haired woman now had her gaze on Devon who was trying to get up from the floor after getting slammed into the wall like that.

"Argh." He grunted before managing to get one of his knees up.

'What did she do to her?' He pondered subconsciously with his gaze on his right arm which was on the floor.

"Hey, tell me what is your relationship with her?" The woman asked "I heard she barely has any friends so it was a surprise to find her here with someone, I was expecting her to come alone and honestly, that would have made this a lot easier." 

"My relationship with her?" Devon muttered before slowly turning his gaze to her. "Well, we met the other day in the weirdest of ways and then we met again today in also weird way."

That was the moment he glanced at her left hand and spotted something that forced out a little gasp from him.
