Seeing that the brother was about to retort, Chi Yang decided to end things quick because he not want to quibble with him anymore. He said, "Don't tell me that you went to the bank recently to exchange the old notes for new ones. You have to be aware that the bank is monitored. We can immediately confirm whether you have indeed gone to exchange notes recently. 

This shut the patient's brother up.
