The medical team members had already prepared themselves to heal all the students. The moment those students teleport back to the academy immediately, the medical team members begin to treat all of them. 

The good thing is that the medical team has enough people to heal all those students. With this, every one of those students begins to get healed by those medical team members. 

 Dr. Maria, as one of the heads of the medical association of Golden Dawn Academy, doesn't need to involve herself directly to heal those students. Only if some students are in critical condition she would involve herself like those other head doctors. 

She and all the other head doctors are currently present in that field to observe the situation of the students. They were not able to stay there for that long because some of the students were in critical condition. Immediately, those students needed their attention.
