Tina then relaxedly said, "No, I don't have one with me right now. But you can ask the reception to allow you to make a phone call. They will add it to your receipt." 

"Are you a dummy? How can you not have a phone with you? Even a two-year-old carries a phone nowadays," The woman looked at her with disdain.

Tina was rendered speechless. She had never seen anyone like her before. The woman did not apologize to her for hurting her earlier and now she was behaving rudely without any shame.

"Excuse me… Mind your words… If you were not a patient right now then I could have called cops on you," Tina said in a neutral voice while hiding her true emotions.
