Capítulo 124: A Bedtime Story

Qiao Jing was sitting next to Qiao Yue, reading a book, when Qiao Yue expressed her desire to stretch her legs.

Qiao Jing glanced at Qiao Yue, echoing, "Exercise?"

"I'm not talking about going for a walk or anything. I'm talking about this," Qiao Yue said as she posed like a game character.

"No. You either study or go to sleep. Pick one." Qiao Jing immediately shot her request down.

Qiao Yue lay on the bed in utter despair. Did she have no other choice?

Qiao Yue eyed the book Qiao Jing was reading. While her brother was occupied, maybe she could play with her phone. Quietly, she snuck towards her phone, but it vanished as soon as she touched it.

She looked up and saw Qiao Jing smiling at her faintly.

"Brother, I was just going to play for a while," Qiao Yue said gloomily. She even used her feminine charm to try and get her way.

"No," Qiao Jing replied indifferently.

"I can't sleep. I don't want to study."
