Capítulo 18: Chapter 18: Telling the Truth

“I never want this weekend to end,” Zoe said, sitting up in bed with Dylan by her side.

Dylan smiled, reached over, and planted a kiss on her lips.

“I want to make you feel this way forever,” Dylan said, as he finally released her lips.

Forever was a long time, Zoe thought. Yet, it wasn’t so long ago that she had been thinking about forever with Kyle. How she could have ever thought that would have made her happy, she had no idea. She knew now what the saying her mother had taught her meant.

Sometimes things fall apart, so better things can fall together.

This was her better thing. Dylan.

That’s when she knew the next logical step.

“I want you to meet my parents,” Zoe asked.
