Jared had had some girls whom he flirted with but they had never been something more than a fling. 

The only lady he had actually enjoyed his time with even without anything going on between the both of them was Ariana Jatropesh, the one who barged into his life and stole his heart from the first meeting.

He had to admit that he had been smitten with that lady from the very first time he laid eyes on her. 

Her fiery eyes, her unfiltered words and unusual behaviour were what got him hooked that he could barely take his eyes off her.

Being able to be around her and fulfilling her death list has been one of the greatest things in his life, he was grateful he had met someone as amazing as her before cancer took over him.

He occasionally wondered how it would be if he were to be with her more intimately, and not just as a friend or her partner-in-crime.
