YOO-MI's POV
I had lost counting of how many minutes, hours and days passed while I was here in the hospital. Night had turned into day and vice versa. Jeonghan still hasn't woken up and the longer time passed by, the more it tortured me.
I walked down the hall towards the room where they treated him and halted in front of the door when I saw his mom standing beside the bed gently, stroking his hair while crying softly.
That sight shattered my heart all over again. She walked towards the door startling me. I still couldn't brace myself to speak to her. Once she stepped out of the room, she found me and I gulped feeling her stare.
And that glare burning fire again, I stepped back as I tore my gaze away, and then she walked off leaving me. I looked down at the floor for a while before something inside me finally snapped. "Wait," I called her.
When she turned around, tears were already streaming down my cheeks. "I'm sorry." I cried.
