JOSH’s POV

Why did you lie to me Yoo-Mi? I swiftly wiped the tears on my face with my right hand when I finished singing Honey’s favorite song.

I was so surprised when she clapped her hands weakly and gave me a warm kiss on the cheek. “You’re always my favorite singer daddy.” She beamed and I laughed softly kissing her hair. But then she noticed my teary eyes and she cupped my cheeks gently. “I know you miss mommy. I miss her too.” She rasped wiping my tears with her thumb.

And I burst out sobbing. My shoulders were shaking as I pulled Honey’s head on my shoulder caging her in a tight hug. I couldn’t take the pain I was feeling inside. The ache in my chest almost seemed to explode.

“You really love mommy,” she said, her tiny hands caressing my back trying to calm me down from sobbing.

These lies were slowly killing me and will surely make my loved one’s hate me once they learned about this. I don’t know how could I even forgive myself if that happened.
