Capítulo 7: ERIN'S CRIME
"Do you know? Since we started from home to here all the gazes of the men on the side of the road stare at you as if they want to devour you. I held your hand for saving you so that they would not tease you or act indecently to you. With me holding your hand, at least they all think that you are mine." said Edgar as he let go of his embrace then walked alone and left Maya who was still rooted in her place.
Realizing that Edgar was already walking far ahead of her, Maya walked quickly while lowering her face half as she glanced left and right. It turned out that it was true what Edgar said, many men who saw her with hungry eyes.
"Edgaaarrr!! Wait!!" called Maya as she ran after Edgar who was already far ahead of her.
Arriving near Edgar, Maya quickly grabbed Edgar's hand and grasped it tightly.
Edgar glanced at Maya's hand which was holding him. A smile appeared on the corners of Edgar's lips.
"Do you know now? why am I holding your hand?" said Edgar with a triumphant smile.
Maya looked at Edgar's complicated face.
"I already know! there's no need to smile like that. I know, you laugh at me right?" said Maya with a glaring gaze.
Edgar holding his forehead is getting dizzy with Maya's un-sweet attitude.
"Maya, I want to ask? what attitude do you always like to all your customers?" asked Edgar in an even voice.
"Stupid! think by yourself! how can I have so many customers if my attitude is what you think!" said Maya releasing her grip roughly.
"So you want to say, that your attitude is so sweet to all your customers? but why are you so annoying at me?" asked Edgar as he grabbed Maya's hand and grasped it again.
"Because you started it! You are very cold and can't be gentle with women." said Maya with an annoyed look.
"You judge me like that are you sure you know me?" asked Edgar with a sharp look.
"How can I not know you? from your attitude it is clear." Maya said in a flat tone.
"I just found out that women are created with beautiful lips, but it turns out that they only say spicy words." said Edgar, glancing at Maya's thin but sexy lips.
"It's not that you always insult me Mr. Edgar!" shrieked Maya with an irritated look.
"Enough, it's up to you. I'm tired of arguing with you. We've arrived, you better not let go of your grip again." said Edgar after arriving at the shop owned by Evan, Erin's brother.
"Why can't I let go of my hand? haven't we arrived at the shop?" Maya asked in surprise.
"Don't ask too many questions, you can see for yourself when you go inside." said Edgar without seeing Maya directly go inside.
Maya gripped Edgar's arm tightly as she entered the shop, so busy and full of men in bars and bad girls.
"Why? are you afraid? it's not like you are used to accompanying many men?" asked Edgar with a cold smile.
"Shut your mouth, my customers don't like them bar men. My customers are honorable people." Maya said with a slightly disgusted look at the women who weren't ashamed to play in public.
"There is no respectable man who knows another woman besides his wife, you should know that." said Edgar while pressing his temples very tired of arguing with the stubborn Maya.
"Hi ...Edgar, dear? you're here? I can't believe you are here? are you looking for me?" said Erin, holding Edgar's arm spoiled.
Edgar smiled coldly then glanced at Maya, who was still gripping his one arm.
"Where's Evan? I want to talk to him." said Edgar, wanting to discuss Sonny's problem that had trapped him into Amir's trap.
"It's in there, come with me." said Erin as she grabbed Edgar's arm.
Seeing Erin tug on Edgar's arm, Maya followed Edgar's footsteps.
"Edgar, you better ask this woman to wait here. You know, do not you? if Evan doesn't like the arrival of people who don't know him?" said Erin, glancing sarcastically at Maya.
Edgar took a deep breath, unable to do anything about it.
"Maya, you wait here and stay now before I return." said Edgar with a full gaze.
Maya nodded her head in horror living alone in an unfamiliar place.
"Hem, don't be too long." said Maya in a flat tone covering her fear.
"Come on Erin, show me where Evan is." said Edgar following Erin's footsteps into Evan's private room.
After passing through several rooms, Erin stopped in her tracks.
"Come on in, Evan is inside." said Erin with a smile.
Without replying to Erin's words, Edgar entered Evan's room.
Erin smiled sarcastically after Edgar met Evan.
"Now is the time to teach a lesson to the woman who has dared to touch the skin, My Edgars." said Erin walking quickly back to the front, but when in the waiting room Maya called her.
"Hi ... wait." called Maya with a slightly grinning face holding her pee.
"What is wrong?" said Erin with a cynical face.
"Where is the toilet?" Maya asked, unable to hold back.
"It's at the end there, the far right." said Erin briefly then left Maya.
There was a smirk on Erin's red lips as Maya went to the toilet.
"Just wait there seducing woman! soon you will know the consequences of challenging an Erin!" said Erin to herself as she called two of Evan's men to harass Maya in the toilet room.
Maya came out of the washroom with a relieved face because she had peed.
But her face turned red when two men came up to her and teased her.
"Hi beautiful, where are you from?" asked the stocky man.
"Move aside I want to pass!" said Maya with a sharp gaze.
"Wow ... apparently arrogant too." said the man again while trying to touch Maya's face.
Maya angrily brushed the man's hand away.
