After the call, Samuel stood on the second floor of the club. He leaned against the railing, and his vision landed on a waiter bringing dinner.
"What's that?" Samuel asked casually.
The waiter was right in front of him. Samuel reached out and uncovered the silver lid of the food container.
The waiter didn't expect to see his boss standing outside, not to mention removing the lid of the food he was serving. Still, he retained his composure and introduced the food. "This is geoduck, sir. It's from the Pacific Coast of British Columbia in Canada. Each weigh around a thousand and five hundred grams. After your last meal, you ordered us to keep two large ones for when Mr. Cunningham drops by."
Samuel was stunned. Thinking back, he remembered giving such an order.
The two large geoducks on the plate were a type of clam. They originated from the deep oceans of the Pacific in Canada. The world's largest and oldest geoducks all came from there.
